In the treatment room, Anita came by bringing breakfast chicken porridge for her sister-in-law, she asked Anton to feed the porridge to Zahwa until it runs out, and did not forget he also brought vitamins for Zahwa, he said, so that the condition of Zahwa content is getting better.

Anita left the room after she was done with all her orders against Anton, she intended to return to her room, but the voice of someone calling her came, and Anita felt that the voice was not foreign to her.

"Alhamdulillah Zahwa was aware and managed to pass the critical period, now only need to improve the condition of the baby" explained Anita.

"Why with their baby brother.?" ask Reyhan again.

"It's okay Rey, it's just that Zahwa's baby's condition is a little weakened, as it has been a few days without food intake as long as Zahwa is in a critical state, but now everything will be fine." Obviously Anita again.

"Would you meet them soon Rey, Anton would be happy with your arrival."

"Are you sure? I'm actually still hesitant to see them." Reyhan still feels guilty for what happened before.

The sound of Zahwa's treatment room door being knocked, Anton who was feeding his wife, turned a glance towards the door.

"Who is it.?" ask Zahwa.

"Don't know baby, I'll see ya." Anton puts down Zahwa's food, then walks towards the door, figuring out who's knocking on the door.

"Rey.!" he strangled a little hard, then hugged his best friend, who was immediately welcomed back by Reyhan.

Reyhan felt a little surprised by Anton's actions, he did not expect that Anton would welcome him with such treatment, because actually Reyhan still thinks that Anton will hold a grudge against him due to the quarrel that ever happened to Anton and Zahwa was his carelessness.

"How did you get here.?" anton asked Reyhan after he let go of his embrace.

"I saw Zahwa's accident on social media, so I decided to go home" Reyhan replied with a smile.

"Come in." Anton allows Reyhan to enter, and they walk up to Zahwa's bed.

"It's a shame to look." Anton told Zahwa, throwing a smile.

"Mas Reyhan.!" Zahwa.

"How are you doing.?" ask Reyhan. Anton gave the chair he had sat in to his friend, then he chose to sit on the bed beside Zahwa.

"Alhamdulillah I am good mas. How did you get back here, didn't Reyhan still go to college in America.?" ask Zahwa.

"There's still your heart that I have to fight for here, so I decided to go home" Reyhan said.

Instantly Anton's face was seen staring at Reyhan sharply, he was annoyed by the words of his best friend. Zahwa, who saw the change in face from her husband, immediately felt afraid of a fight in front of him.

Zahwa also grabbed Anton's hand and tried to reduce her husband's anger by rubbing the back of Anton's palm gently.

Seeing Anton's exaggerated facial expression, Reyhan felt amused, a loud laugh could be heard from his mouth filling Zahwa's treatment room.

"I was just kidding An, why look at me that sharp. I'm happy to see how you're doing An, because you're no longer acting as stupid as you used to, pretending to hide your feelings when you actually have feelings for Zahwa." Reyhan explained, and immediately Anton's face turned red because it held his shame.

"I also believe you wouldn't do that." Anton replied, then they seemed to laugh happily.

In their conversation, Anton again feed his wife lovingly, then give supplements and vitamins given by Anita to Zahwa. Reyhan noticed all the actions of Anton that he did gently to his wife, and it made Reyhan feel happy because now Zahwa really got good treatment from Anton.

Then there came another knock from the door of Zahwa's room, and Reyhan immediately stepped open the door, finding out who was coming.

"Sera.!"

"Rey, you're here too.?" ask Sarah.

"Hmm, I just got here" he replied.

"Can I see Zahwa.?" ask Sarah.

"Come in." Reyhan answered and invited Sarah in, and they approached Zahwa and Anton.

"Sera.!" Anton and Zahwa are heard calling simultaneously, they are shocked by Sarah's arrival.

"Za.y.!" Sarah approaches and embraces Zahwa, where Sarah tears her eyes, but she removes them immediately before everything in the room is realized.

Sarah cried not without cause, she felt very guilty towards Zahwa, because of the ridiculous actions done by her mother, which eventually resulted in Zahwa lying in the hospital. Sarah let go of her wound after feeling calm, then greeted Anton and Reyhan who were beside her.

"How are you Sarah.?" anton held out his hand before Sarah.

"Alhamdulillah I am good Mas." he replied smiling.

Sarah came to the hospital not without cause, she came with the intention and purpose to apologize to Zahwa and Anton for the actions of her mother, he said, but doubt and fear still enveloped his heart and even made his mouth unable to say sorry to them.
