Disappointment of Renata

"Davians!" renata shouted after forcibly opening the hotel door.

And sure enough, it looks like the lover who is sleeping innocently with a woman who is so familiar to him.

Davian and Gina woke up to hear Renata scream.

Armed with a hotel address sent by an unknown number, Renata immediately ascertains the truth. And she was so slapped when she saw her lover having an affair with her own best friend.

Though Renata always confides about his relationship with Davian to Gina. However, Gina plays with Davian behind her. It is better to have an enemy that slaps directly in the face than a friend who stabs in the back.

"You guys. since when?" asked Renata who couldn't hold back her tears.

Davian who had regained his senses with shock immediately got up and cussed at his pants in a quick motion.

"I can explain, Renata," said Gina by squeezing a blanket wrapped in her body, "We—"

"Already, Gina. Let Renata know our relationship," Davian said, "You don't have to think about Renata's feelings" he continued, causing Renata's heart to break.

"You have the heart," said Renata, his heart was torn apart.

"I'm tired of you" Davian looked at Renata with a flat expression, "As long as we're dating you won't give me any satisfaction at all, so don't blame me for finding another girl who can give me what I want."

During the 3 years of the relationship, Renata always refused if Davian wanted a more intimate relationship, it was because Renata very much avoids sex outside marriage, a woman should not give her precious crown to a man who is not necessarily her husband. However, it just makes Davian bored of him and turn to his own best friend.

"But we're getting married soon, can't you just wait a minute?" Renata wiped away her tears, she tried to toughen up.

"Forget the marriage that never happened" Davian said heartlessly.

Both of Renata's hands were clenched, she did not expect that the young man she loved so much could hurt her heart so deeply. Where does the gentle and loving nature of Davian go? Is this the true nature of Davian?

"From now on we're breaking up."

The last word from Davian that makes Renata's heart sicker.

Having already been unable to bear the situation, Renata immediately ran out.

Without speaking Jefra picked up Renata for her bridal style sling, and took her away.

Renata did not refuse what Jefra did. He was in need of help right now, but Renata did not expect that Jefra would come to his aid.

"Because I will always be there wherever you need me" replied Jefra.

That's absolutely true. Jefra even put aside his duty to be a Bodyguard to get here. When she finds out that Renata is not in the hospital, Jefra immediately goes to look for her. He even left Ryo in the hospital.

Then Jefra dropped Renata off on a bench on the side of the road.

"Where are you going?" renata asked as Jefra intended to leave, she held Jefra's arm.

Right now Renata did not want to be alone, he wanted someone to accompany him. Moreover, the words of Jefra just now that calmed his heart a little.

"I'm going to buy water and plaster the wound in the minimarket, wait a minute" Jefra said as she took off Renata's hand holding her arm.

Renata nodded, then Jefra went to the minimarket not far from the place.

After Jefra's death, Renata is pensive, recalling the betrayal that had taught her that she could not control one's loyalty. No matter how good he is to Davian and Gina, it doesn't mean they'll do good to him either. No matter how much they meant to Renata, it did not mean that they would turn around to appreciate it. Now the person she loves the most, turns into the person she trusts the least.

Renata hated this situation. He was very disappointed, angry, sad, and frustrated. He came back crying while hitting his chest that hurt.

"Stop, don't cry anymore" said Jefra, who had returned.

Jefra crouched down in front of Renata and clasped the girl's hand to stop banging her own chest.

"You don't know what I'm feeling right now" said Renata.

Jefra wiped away the trace of tears on Renata's cheek, "Then you can share it with me, allow me to feel it too," she said.

Renata was stunned, how could Jefra say that? But they are not that close.

Seeing the calmer Renata, Jefra began to clean the wounds on Renata's knees and hands with the water she had bought.

Renata held back the pain as she looked at Jefra who was gently treating her wounds. Why does Jefra care so much about him? Was it because of that night?

"Jefra," call Renata to Jefra, who is attaching a plaster to a wound in her knee.

"Hmm?"

"Am I no different than my girlfriend who cheated on me with my best friend? I've slept with you behind her, aren't I just as bad?" asked Renata bowed.

Jefra looked up at Renata, "When someone betrays you, it's a reflection of their character, not yours" she said.

Jefra smiled faintly, "You take it easy, we didn't do the thing you've been saying all along, I just lied about you raping me."

"W-what?" Renata was very surprised by the honesty that Jefra said.
