"Let's bet with your confidence. Whether Renata has completely forgotten me or not."

Jefra sharpened her gaze even more when she heard Davian's words. Is Davian sane? It could be a bet about Renata's feelings.

"Aragh!" Davian screamed in pain.

Jefra did not care about the Bartender's words. He couldn't resist hitting Davian anymore.

Then Jefra pulled Davian's hand, and pointed one of his knees at Davian's abdomen.

"You're a species with a woman named Gina. You should have married that woman. Don't expect Renata that you can't possibly reach again" Jefra said after distancing himself.

Davian fell down holding his stomach, he had already lost to Jefra.

"If you still think Renata still loves you, try asking her. And after that, I guarantee you'll cry like a girl."

Davian spat out the blood coming out of his mouth, then looked up to look at Jefra nyalang.

"You're the one who's gonna cry like a girl!"

Yes, Davian was still feeling confident, he was really expecting Renata to come back to him.

The next day, at the hospital, in Doctor Renata's consultation room.

Renata laughed, "That's because of Couvade Syndrome."

It's no secret that Ryo is replacing Jelita feeling the symptoms of pregnancy.

Why did Davian come to bother him? Though Renata had given away the young man so much to Gina.

Renata quickly turned her surprised expression flat, she ignored the roses Davian had thrust for her, not having any interest in accepting them.

"Did you like roses anymore?" asked Davian smiling wryly.

"No" replied Renata briefly.

"really? 1 Stalk of roses represents my feelings."

Renata frowned, astonished at Davian's words.

"What do you really want?" asked Renata with a dislike look.

Davian froze for a moment because of Renata's different gaze. In the past, Renata had always looked at him full of love and admiration. Where did that look go? Davian misses him a lot.

"Let's talk in──"

"No."

Renata cuts off the words Davian wants to talk to him somewhere else.

"Talk here" Renata continued.

"But I──"

"Quick talk. I have to have lunch with my future husband."

Renata cuts Davian's words again, deliberately suppressing the word 'my future husband'. He was going to have lunch with Indy.

With a bruised heart and a deflated ego, with a sad soul and a lowered head. Davian was so unwilling that if Renata mentioned 'prospective Husband' to another man, it should be for him.
