The Part 37

The flashback

Six years ago....

Arthur replaced his father who was waiting for his mother because of the drop. His illness recurred again. At that time Arthur had finished his studies faster because of his intelligence. He just set foot in his home country two months ago.

At first Arthur did not want to, because he also wanted to accompany the mother. But with the persuasion of the mother and coercion from the father finally Arthur obeyed the orders of his father to replace him for a meeting with his papa client.

They are important clients of his father who is currently visiting his country to discuss their cooperation that had been established when Derian had visited Korea. And now change the Korean businessman to visit Indonesia and invite Sung Hun the personal assistant to visit his homeland which he had abandoned since he was in high school because of the scholarship he got.

Their cooperation is also established because Sung Hun is the older cousin of Karina Derian's long-separated wife. But Karina's father has no regrets. They pioneered everything from zero, until the birth of their daughter Karina Larasati who completes the happiness of their small family. And when Karina was twelve, her parents were on their way to pick her up for school. But until the afternoon did not appear. And the news surprised little Karina and immediately cried hysterically to hear her parents died in an accident.

After a three-month search Sung Hun's father heard the news of his cousin's sister's death was very sad. He searches for their only daughter, but until Sung Hun is fifteen he never finds her. They gave up, while Karina's grandfather's company had been bankrupt after ten years of Karina's father's death and it was ironic that the company had been acquired by young Derian at that time.

Until now the company has been hereditary taken care of by Karina's son, Arthur. Even Ji Sung heard all the stories of Sung Hun's past and his younger cousin Karina who is now the wife of his business partner Mr. Derian Zion Aftano.

This is where Arthur is now, sitting in the meeting room. He just silently listened as the representative of the papa. Noah is the secretary of the papa who explains everything to his papa client. Arthur is capable, but he still has a lot to learn. Therefore he was still accompanied by Noah at every meeting.

After the second meeting they were still represented by Arthur. They were having lunch at the Aftano family restaurant.

"So you are the only son of the great lord Aftano?" ji Sung looked at Arthur's cold, flat face.

"Right sir." replied Arthur mannered just a faint smile and re-attached his flat face.

"Arthur was like that since childhood, sir, but he was a kind and loving child." Sung Hun explained.

"You're right..."

"Ah, what if I ask you to be my daughter-in-law?" ji Sung asked spontaneously to make Arthur choke on his meal.

"Please young master...!" Noah held out some drinking water.

"Thank you." replied Arthur gulping the water.

"Sorry sir. I already have someone in my heart." replied Arthur kindly.

"Ah, what a pity. My daughter is very beautiful. You must be sorry you refused." joked Ji Sung as he continued eating. They also smile.

"Looks like my girl is prettier." replied Arthur sure.

"Hahaha.." Ji Sung's laughter sounded again.

"I wonder who is the girl who is able to captivate this young master of Aftano. Hahaha." said Ji Sung.

"I don't think her beauty is comparable" replied Arthur smilingly.

"Ah, looks like the young master is already in love huh? Haha..." Arthur seemed increasingly blushed at Ji Sung's words.

"Well, she's really in love. Hahaha.." Ji Sung's laughter filled the private room of the Aftano family's restaurant.
