Ryn stared around the room of the handsome man who was now standing in front of him. The girl persisted in finding the door that would take her away from Lucas' room.

"What are you looking for?"

"The door" said Ryn quickly without any awkwardness and hesitancy.

"Workers??" Lucas raised next to his eyebrows, the man looked towards the exit and then looked back at Ryn. "You looking for the exit?"

What the fuck!! I've never brought anyone into this room and he's trying to get out of here? - Lucas.

Of course the words in his heart were not entirely true, if it was a girl it was true that Lucas never brought a foreign girl into his privacy room. Right on the first step of the stairs from below, Lucas saw the figure of Suri sitting alone there. Maybe the little girl asked Nany to put her in that place. Seeing Lucas go out and down the stairs all by himself, Suri's forehead creased.

"Where is he?"

"Who?" Lucas looked back, the man really did not know what Suri meant.

"Ryn" Suri said firmly. "Where is my friend?"

"Your friend is gone, and I don't think he'll ever come back" Lucas said.

Half surprised, Suri shook her head slowly. "lik! Dad lied to me"

"You can ask Nany if you want"

"What did you say to my friend, so he got out of here?" Suri's eyes continued to stare wherever her father stepped. "Did Dad hurt her?"

Lucas spread his hands wide, fortunately this time Suri did not refuse to hold him. This was because her wheelchair had been lost, so if Suri wanted to go anywhere she had to be carried by someone.

"When are you going to buy me a new wheelchair?"

"Maybe a few more hours will come" Lucas replied happily. "All the fixtures to justify the broken windows"

The man shrank the volume of his voice in his second sentence, he was sure that Suri was not aware of the incident last night. The incident where the strange friend jumped out of the second floor.

"Did you not come to school today?"

Suri shook his head slowly and smiled. "No"

"Why?"

"When the wheelchair arrived, I wanted to go see Ryn immediately" Suri replied casually, it made Lucas become more curious, there are things owned by Ryn so Suri liked it so much.

"You know the girl's house?"

"No"

The man walked towards the dining room, he placed Suri in a chair close to where he was sitting. As usual, Lucas always treated Suri very well.

"Then where are you going to meet him?" Lucas asked as he poured soup on Suri's bowl.

"Do you believe in the mermaid legend?"
