Kenard secretly went to the city without telling Celia, in her like getting a strong urge to find out who she really is. Riding on a public vehicle, he was determined to get out of the fishing village.
Until the big bus stopped to drop him off, Kenard had reached the city even though he had no idea where he was headed. He was instantly caught in confusion, his head back pulsating beginning to feel the agony of memory loss.
Ever since he woke up on the beach, life two years later was very calm, even he was so happy living with Celia and being part of a fishing village.
But after his meeting with the woman who had bought his merchandise ran out. Kenard's feelings were suddenly wavering, he felt something strange in him, his heart was awkward.
And everything changed, even his feelings for Celia. Fighting just because of the woman you just met. If not to meet him maybe he can forever stay in the fishing village, marry Celia as Celia wants, for the sake of returning the favor, and give birth to some children to live in peace.
But after meeting the woman he secretly felt his violent soul burning on her blood. It was like he had experienced a life full of cruelty and enthusiasm.
Before going into town, there was a debate between Kenard and Celia, as Kenard decided to postpone their wedding day. Celia who was happy and looking forward to the happy day, of course, was so angry that she cried.
“I'm so disappointed in you, Kenard, in an instant your mind could change like that?” ask Celia.
“Not refuse to marry you, Celia, but I just want to postpone it. There's something I need to finish first, before I'm really sure, for us to get married.”
After trying to convince Celia, Kenard now walked on the edge of the road, vaguely recognizing the path he was going through. Both of his legs continued down the sidewalk, ignoring several motorcycles and cars that passed beside him.
Until the rider of one big motorcycle too far to move almost hit him.
“Excuse me, Sir, I didn't know that you would pass.” Kenard felt guilty apologizing to the person, as he walked too seriously bowing his head to not see the motor passing.
“You should be able to use your eyes well. Remember, these streets are for motorists not for pedestrians like you! You don't see a ban sign up front? Or is it your eyes, myopic?!” sniped the guy.
His eyes were round like surprise when he saw Kenard raising his face.
“I'm sorry, for not previously seeing the sign of the ban, sir. And I am also a migrant from the village who does not understand about the road here,” Kenard reply politely like a man from a real village.
The man answered nothing, but turned the engine back on, turned the gas to a loud noise and left Kenard.
“Why is he acting like that to me? Very disrespectful!” kenard muttered one hand ruffled his waist, he shook his head inexhaustibly.
“Now where should I go? Why is there not the slightest hint, or maybe someone knows me?” his gerrick.
“Thank you,” said after getting a bottle of water through a hefty queue.
He downed it until half was left and then poured into his face to refresh.
After looking to his right and left, he walked straight according to his instincts. He felt very familiar with this street, while remembering he kept walking.
As his footsteps stepped, he suddenly felt a person silently stalking him from behind. He began to glance in alarm, they looked suspicious, stopped and pretended to talk as he stopped, seeing that Kenard immediately accelerated his pace trying to get away from them.
They did not stay silent, continued to follow him, until Kenard made sense entering the narrow alley. Some of those people continued to be behind trying to chase him, even though Kenard did not know them at all.
“Stop!” screech one of their groups.
Kenard actually accelerated his steps, turning to the right side while occasionally turning back alert. The roar of their feet rang out as they chased after him, Kenard using his climbing ability to climb up to the suburban stairs of people's homes, he was there waiting for them to pass through.
Jump down after feeling safe, then walk the opposite direction successfully away from them. After the incident that he had just experienced, Kenard also realized that his identity was not ordinary. They must have known him, Kenard's whereabouts have a link.
With a feeling of disappointment because it did not bring any results, Kenard brought a gloomy feeling of choosing to return to the fishing village.
As soon as he arrived, Kenard was immediately greeted by Celia, hugging her tightly as if she had not met for five years.
“I thought you'd get angry and choose to leave me, Ken. Thank God, my guess was wrong, you came back to see me. Where have you been? I haven't found you anywhere in the whole day. Even Jovan who used to go to sea with you also said he didn't know where you were going. Don't be so anymore, Ken, I'm so sad.”
Kenard smiled forced to let Celia hug his body. “My body feels very sticky, I better clean myself first. After that we will eat food together,” said Ken released both hands Celia.
“Alright, I will make food for us tonight, you go take a shower, after that go to the dinner table,” Celia said.
The night they ate together, Kenard acted as if nothing had happened to him. But to be honest, he was not satisfied with what he got today. In him, he continues to be turbulent to find out who he really is.
"Kenard, don't you hear me?" ask Celia lirih.
"Oh, I'm sorry, I'm enjoying the taste of this food so much that I can't hear what you're talking about?"
Celia breathed deeply. "There's no need to repeat, because my question you just answered" he replied. Then continue eating again.
