The Punishment is Quick

Being in front of everyone, the helpless face of Elliot pale passively, his hands trembled as he picked up the sheet of paper before him.

"Look and read carefully, I think all the evidence is strong enough, if you are indeed proven guilty. You're in a conspiracy with the enemy" Dominic said with cold, menacing intonation.

Elliot took the scuffed piece of paper before him, he read the evidence well before his eyes.

After reading it with a glance, it suddenly stood up in revolt while shouting, "Omong is empty! Can you and you believe these false proofs?!"

Elliot glanced at Xavia while grinning. "You should be able to use your own minds and minds to see if the information you hear is real, or if it's just a deliberate lie to bring me down."

Xavia clenched forward pushing Elliot's chest. "Now you turn around accusing me of giving them false evidence?!"

"And what if my words are right, you want to make myself in front of them bad?" elliot's reply was relaxed but looked irritating in Xavia's eyes.

Xavia gritted her teeth in return with a mocking smile then she said,

"You're a coward, you're a very brave act of manipulation, but you don't dare to admit it."

"What is the evidence that you are so sure that I have betrayed our group? It doesn't make sense!"

"I can prove that I'm not lying. Put together a sneaky plan like you're accusing, Elliot!"

"Well, now prove it!" challenge Elliot bravely.

Xavia nodded in agreement. As soon as he left the room, he wanted to prove his cousin wrong.

Everyone waited, shortly after Xavia came in with one of Elliot's men. The shock caused Elliot to widen his eyes in surprise, but tried his best to hide his worries.

Elliot's men were led in to face them all. With his head bowed he seemed frightened before speaking, moreover Elliot's menacing gaze.

"Tell them, what did you see on the day of the fight?" tanya Xavia cold.

"Speak, fear nothing. I'm here, you'll be safe to be honest, but otherwise, I won't guarantee your life after this!" dominic.

"Yes that day, when the attack plan was finalized, I accidentally saw Mr. Elliot meet the head of the Red Scorpions gang, Mr. Dominic. I saw for myself, he gave the details of the strategy to the head of the opposing gang" Elliot's men said, shaking.

Elliot glanced cynically while clenching his hands.

"Are you sure what you're saying is honest?" ask Dominic.

"Yes, Mr. Dominic. Therefore I give the evidence of the paper brought by Mr. Elliot who fell on Miss Xavia. It was the result of scribbling him himself."

"You heard it yourself, didn't you, what did he say? Elliot doesn't know he's our most honest gang member. And Elliot thinks he can fool us with his lies." Xavia came closer to Elliot.

Everyone believed Xavia and Elliot's men. Elliot felt that his resistance had been in vain. He felt cornered not having any more room to speak up for himself.

Dominic looked at Elliot with deep disappointment and said,

Dominic coldly sighed then said,

"He will be punished according to the rules. In front of everyone, so that everyone may understand the punishment for those who will try to betray us."

After hearing his sentence, Elliot shook his head then knelt down in tears and apologized

to Dominic.

"I beg you not to punish me, Uncle. I'm sorry. Did you forget, I was the son of a brother who loved you so much, he left me to you, and me too

the only male heir, can you punish me severely?" tanyanya.

Elliot now looked like a little boy whining while crying for something. Making Xavia cluck turned her gaze unwillingly in response to all of her dramas.

A different point is shown by Dominic who is now somewhat shaken by the sentence uttered by Elliot. He could not bear to see his nephew pleading with him.

Seeing his father's reaction, Xavia did not want him to be provoked by Elliot.

"Papa, don't eat his shit. He's an unbelievable man, he just wants to persuade you!"

Dominic was silent, his two eyebrows clutched seemed to weigh something.

Everyone in the room stared at each other, waiting for Dominic to make a decision. They believe that the chairman will take the right steps.

Elliot glanced in disbelief at Xavia's words. In a kneeling position he was still trying to attract the attention of the uncle.

"All right." Dominic closed his eyes while sighing heavily.

"I've decided to put Elliot to death."
