A young, shabby and somewhat stressed woman. Life travels to and fro. Walk the road every day bright. Eat only if someone feeds it. Drink water and sleep anywhere. His big stomach, made some people pity. But no less many are also disturbing evil hearts, to be able to take advantage of it.
He doesn't realize much. Only one thing he remembered. Bad memories in the middle of the forest were deeply imprinted on his head. If anyone touches, he'll go berserk. Screaming loudly and beating with anything he encounters. Some poor market thugs who can't afford women, have some people have to accept a terrible fate.
Either luck or bad luck. The longer, his unkempt condition and the smell of all sorts, made no more men even the poorest thugs, who wanted to touch him. Everyone refused to go to him.
“Go! You smell so bad!” throw away unhappy people, even hit them with twigs, to get away from the fence of their precious home.
He lives alone and speaks for himself. Laughing and crying by yourself. He looked up at the sky and called. “Bawa Rica, Mr. ..”
Then he'll be moody for a while. Or say it yourself. “Adik should take care of mom. Brother want to find father!” Then he would run small cheerfully.
“Bapak ... Rica comes ..!” he screamed like a child.
One day, he started to feel tired from walking. He stopped at a gubug reot in the middle of a dry field. That day she cried very sad.
“Rika hungry, Mom ..” her tears.
With a large stomach, he inched up from the ground floor where he rested last night. His stomach is hungry and sick. His eyes pushyly saw the green grass growing under the shade of the tree. His black and dull hands reached out and pulled the grass from where it grew. Look at her with a bright smile and put her in her mouth immediately.
He sat happily on the dry ground and cracked. His hands were busy twisting the grass before it was put in his mouth and chewing it vigorously. After a few handfuls of grass in his hand ran out and he no longer found the green color captivating, he stopped.
His head looked up at the sun that was shining fiercely in that long dry season. He wanted to go back on the road, but his legs were tired and sometimes his breathing was stingy.
“Mother, Rika's stomach hurts ..”.
His empty eyes looked at one place. Then his hand was stretched out. “Bapak .. follow!” call him. “Rika is not naughty,” he said again.
Then his eyes fell back, and his hand fell. Her tears also fell, so sad.
The girl had been helpless for several days. He no longer found grass to eat. Even the small sewer where he used to take water to drink, had dried up.
“Adik, shoot hungry …. House ...”
The groaning is getting longer. The girl was already lying in front of the gubug reot, staring at the rest of the sunlight that had started to enter the contest. He hissed, cried, then muttered something that only he knew. His body was already full of dust and dirt .. also blood!
Thunderbolts since dusk, making him unable to close his eyes. His eyes looked fearfully at the lightning light that was gleaming in the dark sky. His lips continued to sizzle with pain.
The longer, his his hiss turned into a sick and desperate scream. However, the thunderbolt disguised his voice. A cold and moist wind started blowing caressing her cheeks. He screamed loudly again, like he wanted to throw away all the burden of suffering that he had endured for months.
It rained slowly. Launching water full of dust onto the surface of the earth. Then it was lashed with the unbroken sound of lightning. The girl squirms on the wet ground, in pain. He was very weak, hungry and thirsty.
Then the scent of the soil that had been wet everywhere, was able to calm his soul. Made him crumpled with a grimacing face. His mouth opened and held the water that fell from above. He drank it with gourmand. His palm wiped the wet face. Makes it even more messy by the dust.
I don't know how long he's been struggling with pain in the rain. His hands fumbled down, feeling something stuck up and he wanted it to come out and go.
With the guidance of the thunderbolt, he let out a long cry of up to half a seat. Rainwater like pouring from the sky. However, a subtle cry is still able to enter the ear that is not functioning properly.
Sitting down he observed a small object screaming while moving his hands. His head is looking. The dark sky in the heavy rain, it was not an easy thing to see what was in front of him.
“Adik?” call him.
“Adik, shoot here. Don't hurt. Take it to the Slamet mantri. Wait!”
The girl tried to squat. His hands were looking for his sister. Then something fell to the ground accompanied by a torrent of blood. He doesn't care about it.
But because of that, she could hear her sister's weak voice. He quickly held his sister into a hug. Then stand up with difficulty and find a way out of the now-drenched dry field.
The girl walked over. He was no longer able to see clearly. Blurred vision. But he knew, from the passing light, it was a path. He has to go there and find the mantri to treat his sister
“Adik, wait a minute longer,” he said continue.
Something was hanging and connecting with the sister. Walking sometimes interrupts his steps. He tried to pull and hold her with his sister.
“It's road. Mr. Slamet's house is there!” said happy.
He ran on the lonely highway. Tracing that path followed his heart. When he saw a light in the distance, his face grew even more excited. His eyes that were originally dim, again shone full of hope.
“That's the mantri house. Brother patient yes.” The girl who was carrying her sister ran to meet the light in the distance.
The light became more visible and flickered closer. “Why is there so much light?” he muttered while stunned in the middle of the road. He wanted to meet her, but he didn't know which light was the lamp of Slamet's house. He hesitated, but the light was getting closer and brighter.
Blair …! The sound of lightning disguises a tragic collision on a night of heavy rain that marks the beginning of the rainy season.
“Adiik!”
The girl held her sister to her chest as she floated in the air. But he's not sad. He smiled at his father's face.
“Adik, we picked up dad!” happy smile.
The last smile before the father took him away ended the suffering all along.
Bruk!
A disheveled and drenched young woman fell on the edge of the wet asphalt. His hands hugged his sister tightly. Blood was splashed everywhere.
The next day, the local village was shocked to see the dead body of a woman and a newborn baby, complete with her ari-ari, on the edge of a desolate inter-provincial highway.
Then the local newspaper reported it. “Unknown Girl and Her Baby Killed By Collapse.”
Various speculations are circulating. Maybe he was someone's affair and was dumped there by an irresponsible man. Another opinion appears, She may be a girl who wants to abort the content due to illegal relationships.
All of those opinions and speculations only lasted a few days, drowning in new, more interesting news to discuss.
