Knowing the Truth

The night's cooling temperature could not cool the feeling of Adit's doctor getting hotter. He was not far from Anna's doctor on the same bed. The woman's fine snoring could even be heard clearly. The night crept but the young doctor's eyes were still awake. Anna's doctor has been asleep since. Just as he was about to touch the woman's shoulder, Anna's doctor suddenly turned towards her. Prancing around he got out of bed and stepped slowly into the bathroom. After Anna's doctor disappeared behind the bathroom door, then Adit's doctor opened his eyes that had actually been awake since then but he still wanted to linger hugging his wife until he pretended he was still asleep.

"It looks like Anna has been able to move on from Nata. Maybe it's time for the two of us to enter a new round of marriage completely" Adit told himself.

"Bagas, Lila is cooking a lot today. We will not be able to spend it alone. You had lunch here well." said Ruby from behind her phone when calling Bagas that morning.

"No need, miss, I'll just eat the resto."

"Do I need to call Satya? This is my baby candidate's request."

"Alright lady, I'll be here any minute" replied Bagas from across the phone with a heavy sigh.

"We eat now. Udah Lil, baby Gyan's food has run out." said Ruby while taking baby Gyan dinner plate that is left a little.

"But, it's still non-existent."

"Udah, stay a little too. Baby Gyan is full."

Lila eventually relented and let baby Gyan play music on her train. They also started lunch without making a sound, only the sound of spoons and forks clashing on the plate.

Not wanting to linger dissolved in awkwardness, Ruby finally made a sound first.
