Part 71: You Want to Die, Jim!

As usual in the morning, Edgar and Mentari had breakfast together at the dinner table. Last night Edgar did not ask for rations because he could not bear to see his wife who was asleep. He also immediately followed his wife into a dream. His travels and emotions while having an affair with Denny made him tired.

''Eh Jim, come here for breakfast.''

''Thank you, sir, I had breakfast.'' replied Jimmy who had just arrived.

''OK.'' replied Edgar.

Jimmy sat on the sofa waiting for his boss who was still having breakfast.

Edgar sipped the drink to the end, then rubbed his lips with a tissue.

''Honey, I'm leaving first..'' Edgar got up from his seat.

''Yes, be careful..''

Mentari kissed the back of her husband's hand, and Edgar kissed Mentari's forehead without caring about anyone who was there.

Edgar snatched his suit and went straight to Jimmy.

''Come on Jim.''

''OK, Mr..''

Jimmy focused on the wheel, staring at the highway that has been crowded by road users to do their respective activities.

Both of them remained silent until they arrived at the office. All the employees bowed their heads as they passed Edgar and Jimmy.

''Who replaces Mr. Denny will meet you at 9, sir.'' Jimmy said as they were in the elevator.

''Ok, just set the schedule.''

''Your Master.''

The elevator doors opened, both of them headed straight for their respective rooms.

''Just arrived, I have missed my wife.'' Edgar muttered while scratching his own head.

Edgar looked at the photo on his desk. Photo of his wedding reception with Mentari. In addition to the table, Edgar also put a larger photo of them on the wall of his room.

In accordance with his agreement, Jimmy escorted a man into Edgar's room. Because Edgar's request did want to meet directly with the figure who will replace Denny.

The young man sat opposite Edgar, while Jimmy stood beside his boss.

''Please read carefully the letter of this agreement, and give the signature to make a deal.''

The man received a sheet of paper containing a letter of agreement. He read it carefully, for him there is no weight, everything is natural, he immediately pinned his signature on the bottom end. Then hand the paper back to Edgar.

''Keep it good, Jim..'' Edgar handed Jimmy the letter of agreement.

Jimmy accepted it.

''Your Master.''

Not just anyone Jimmy brought, he took from employees who had worked at the Raymond group.
