Who You Choose, My Husband

Who You Choose, My Husband
19. Who You Choose My Husband

One of the joys of Arsy is that Haris never forbade him from going somewhere to stay calm. As of right now, Arsy is in a cake shop.

In the cake shop there is a cafe, maybe the owner deliberately built the cafe side by side with his cake shop to make it easier for customers if they want to eat and drink on the spot.

Arsy orders a red Velvet cake that draws his eyesight. He really enjoyed his own day because Haris time still belongs to Laila for the next few days.

"Can you sit?" Asked a man to immediately throw his weight on the chair opposite Arsy.

Arsy glared at the man in front of him. Again had to meet with Jo while he was outside the house alone. His eyes squinted at Jo suspiciously. "Are you following me?"

Jo did not say anything but his fingers pointed outside the bakery where customers parked their vehicles. "My car's parked 1 hour ahead of you."

Arsy's body is transfixed, he swallows his salivary because he feels guilty for his unsubstantiated accusations. "Sorry," Arsy said sincerely to Jo.

Jo just nodded without taking a look that had been watching Arsy's appearance. Gems, hijabs, and veils with matching pink color.

"Sorry, sir. Master's order cake as usual is running out" said one of the cafe waiters and bakery workers.

Jo looks still silent but his eyes are sharp as if to kill the servant. "Make it again" he said coldly making a shudder for those who heard his words.

Arsy looked at the waiter looking more frightened than before. But he still chose to be quiet.

Jo turned back to the waiter who had not yet moved after he ordered to make his order.

"The man who used to make the master's order is absent, sir."

Arsy just kept quiet. But his hand moved pushing the plate containing his red Velvet cake. "Take mine but don't make anyone else afraid of you. You shut up is creepy" said Arsy.

Jo didn't say anything, though, but his body upright and grabbed a spoon belonging to Arsy who was on a different plate then devoured the red Velvet cake and ignored Arsy who was protesting because the spoon used belonged to Arsy.

It was late afternoon when Arsy arrived home. At the sight of Haris' car parked there, he immediately went in to see her husband. There is a longing to meet.

"Where from?" Tanya Haris surprised Arsy.

"From the bakery, mas. Here I bring for the mas and Laila," replied Arsy then put two boxes of bread in them on the table.

"Oh. Deal with men who are not muhrim? You forgot that you married Arsy?!!" Cecar Haris raised his voice. This is Haris' first time like this to Arsy.

Arsy is shocked to hear Haris' voice raising her voice. Didn't expect Haris to snap at him in front of Laila either. He glanced at Laila who was smiling mockingly towards him.

"Arsy has no agreement at all and certainly remember that Arsy is a wife who has been married because she is not pregnant," replied Arsy trying to calm down, but he was very disappointed in Haris. If Haris wants to scold him, Arsy will accept but not before Laila.

For a moment Haris and Arsy were silent after Arsy's words just now. The two gazes were still locked and Arsy first decided on the look.

"His name was Jo and met quite a few times accidentally while I was crying thinking my husband was with his other wife." Arsy got up and immediately went into the room.

After entering the room, Arsy locked the door and cried.
