"So there's a bad guy chasing, Mama. Sean and Grandma had to go home sooner because Mama was afraid that the bad guy would keep chasing us. Now Sean's gonna be safe with Mama and Grandma." Mentari couldn't have told Sean about Aditya. He's not ready to tell you about Sean's father and is afraid his son will be taken. Sean is the only one Mentari has.

Bu Sukma gently rubbed Mentari's shoulder. They're in the same vehicle, a taxi. Bu Sukma felt Mentari was hiding something. Seen from the look of his face that is not okay.

"Are you okay? I don't think you're okay."

Mentari glanced for a moment, then forced her smile. "I'm fine, Mom." Lying if he's okay, he's not okay right now. He goes to great lengths to hide the true circumstances from Sean. He was unwilling to make his son wonder about the problem he was currently facing.

Bu Sukma no longer asked anything to Mentari. He would not force the woman to tell him the problem.

"If you want to tell a story, I am ready to listen to all kinds of complaints that you are feeling right now. But never feel alone because Mother already considers you as her own mother's child. We both have no other relatives, so consider this mother as your biological mother and tell whatever story you want to tell. Don't be self-absorbed, don't feel alone, and never hide every problem you have. I'm ready to listen and if I can help you solve the problem."

Mentari smiled, but her tears came back. She quickly wiped away her tears as Sean asked.

"Mama's crying? Who has hurt my mother? Who's bad with mom? Say the same to Sean, Mah? Sean will be angry." The four-year-old two-month-old toddler was so eloquent about speaking. Her tiny, curly lips said word for word sounded mature.

"Nobody's evil with Mama, baby. Mom's eyes just glimpsed. Now Sean's not sick anymore, so Sean can go home." Mentari distracts Sean so he no longer asks much questions.

During this one year his son had to routinely control because he had a history of typhoid, but today is the last day Sean controls and Alhamdulillah has been declared cured. During this time also Mentari struggled to meet their needs and also medical costs for his son. Fortunately there are still savings that Mentari has so he can still pay for Sean's treatment.

"What about Aunt Naura, Mah? Sean wants to see you and play again. Are we gonna see Aunt Naura again?"

The mentari sighed. He never knew that Naura was Aditya's younger sister because Aditya had previously said that he had no younger sister or older sister. "Where could that be? I'm sure that Sean's papa won't take Sean away from you."
