Saira throws the phone and discards the card. He immediately followed her to the hospital to see Izora's condition. By driving a luxury car, he immediately stepped on the gas pedal and glided.

"How's the condition?" ask Saira after arriving.

Alyne shook her head weakly, then Saira saw Izora from behind the door. Her tears fell when she saw her brother curled up in fear. Even the approaching sisters were also attacked by him. He kept screaming hysterically.

"Alyne, I need you to do something for me."

"Tell me."

"Call my father and tell him Izora is undergoing treatment. There's no need to worry because he'll be back soon."

"Well," said Alyne and immediately stepped away from there.

Zakof chose to leave because he was not used to Saira.

"Sister, sorry for being late to help you." whispered Saira softly. His voice even sounded trembling withstanding the cries.

"I'll take you home to Indonesia after everything's improved."

He wiped his tears and went inside. The nun who was there immediately left after getting the intrusion from Saira. He slowly approached the extremely chaotic Izora. Seeing it like that, Saira's heart was like it was squeezed strong and then stomped by thousands of feet. He was very hurt by all of that.

"Sister," call Saira to strengthen herself.

"Go! Go!" his yell.

Saira immediately hugged Izora's body even though the girl continued to rebel. He was bitten by Izora but did not budge at all. Slowly soft elusan began to be felt by Izora. Slowly he took off his bite and did not rebel. She was crying and Saira hated hearing it.

He stroked slowly the long hair that was scattered in a mess, because the nurse who tried to touch him would be thrown with something. He took off his arms and tied up his older brother's long hair.

When the doctor came in, Izora was terrified again. He pushed Saira's body hard until it fell to the floor. His condition came back like that. She was hysterical and rubbed her hair violently. Trying to hurt himself. Saira immediately stopped him and held tightly onto Izora's two hands even though she had a bite on some parts of her body.

The doctor immediately injected a sedative. Now Izora was sleeping with a pale and dull face. Saira talks to the doctor and says she will treat him at home. Because what Izora needs is not a hospital. He was having the worst nightmare of his life. He needs someone who can understand him.

Without a long wait, Saira and Alyne soon return to Australia on her father's private plane. They also knew about Izora's condition. For that, Saira will occupy her magnificent house on the edge of an artificial lake. Also assisted by Alyne.

Arriving there, he sends a message to Romeo about his return. Romeo only replied briefly.

"Did something happen?" ask Alyne.

"No, he's on a lot of business. You know, lately her relationship with her mother wasn't so good. Especially after harming me last time."

Then Saira remembered her son who still had not met her. Sadness slowly emerged but he shook his head. Izora needed him the most. He must endure all his longing for the child.

"How about Romeo see Izora? Izora is very traumatized by men."

"So, maybe he should go disguise himself as a girl if he wants to come here."

Alyne laughed for a while, then her attention turned to Izora who was soundly asleep in her bed. As long as he doesn't meet a man, he'll be fine.

"What should we do with Izora. What kind of atmosphere do we have to live in here?" ask Alyne seriously.

"Peace, avoid commotion, and men."
