Izora's breathing is no longer regular.

Izora nodded and wiped her tears.

"But why?"

"Because my sister died during a kidney removal operation. He had a history of illness that we never knew about before. His passing left a lot of sorrow in our hearts. Regrets are always haunting, if at that time I wasn't being selfish Al. If I hadn't behaved so badly, maybe my Saira would still be with us."

Alvin cried when he heard it. He did not know if there was such great affection from Saira to her lover. He was also grateful, thanks to Saira he could still be reunited with his lover.

"Do you know why your mom got sick?"

Alvin shakes.

"Because of the death of my Saira. The affection and last hug requested by Saira was never realized by Mama. They ignored Saira's request at the time I was about to be operated on."
