When Namira and Arnav decide to go home because the day is late, ms. Santi reminded Arnav to drive her to the airport tomorrow afternoon while Namira could not come because she had to go to Karimun Island.

"We're saying goodbye, ma'am!" Pamit Namira looked down and bowed her body.

Arriving in the car, Arnav continued to look at his wife's unusual face.

They return home and Namira prepares all her needs.

"I'll keep up with the car. After taking papa and mama to the airport I'll catch up with you." Arnav's words appeased his wife. Namira did not respond to anything and just nodded.

"Namira, is there something that's stuck?" Arnav asked while laying down his body on the bed.

"I'm fine. I just digested my mom's words. It's July and I think if I want to study on the island of Karimun it means I'm late to enroll. Especially next month the lecture has generally started." Said Namira who finally spread her body next to Arnav.

"Hh.. I'm actually confused too. I was going to let you in Delta Island because I'm sure by mid-next year my business here is in order. We won't be apart for years. Only six months at most. Namira was about to bump into someone who came out of the clinic lobby and suddenly the doctor Serkan pulled Namira's shoulder like someone hugging.

"It's okay. Be careful!" Answer the doctor Serkan. He had looked at the parking lot where Arnav's car was still loyal to be there. He told Namira to enter first on the grounds that his practice coat was left in the car.

Arnav is still observing the movement of the doctor Serkan.

"I'm grateful that the doctor accepted Namira to work here. But I beg you to keep your distance from her because she's married." Arnav.

"We go together. Mr. Eko will take us to the station." Said the doctor. Namira and Vishnu just nodded. Upon arrival at the station they boarded the executive train. It was very quiet but full enough because of the weekend. Those who live on Karimun Island and work on Tidore Island will choose to spend the weekend in their hometown. Arnav is now at the airport to drop off his parents.
