Pak Broto's cooperation contract with his business partner Pak Rinto has been signed.

Mr. Rinto has finished taking care of permits to take forest products, provided that only old trees can be taken and they have to replace them by replanting them with new tree seeds.

Mr. Broto was invited by Mr. Rinto to review the forest that became their project.

The four people flocked to the forest where Dino had once disappeared.

Mira was driven by Dino, while Susi was rammed by Nandar.

Today was the day they chose to perform a ritual to free the spirits whose souls were confined there.

When he was about to approach the forest, the weather suddenly became very dark.

This has been read by Nandar before.

"We must hurry," Nandar shouted at Dino.

They speed up their motorcycles.

They saw a white minibus parked not far from the forest.

After arriving in front of the forest, Nandar told Dino.

"Den Dino can only wait in front, whatever happens Den Dino can not enter" Nandar gave a message to Dino.

"Why is that Mas Nandar?" ask Dino.

"Alright," Dino nodded.

"Don't worry Dino, I'll take care of Mira" Susi calmed Dino down.

That is the purpose of Nandar invited Susi, Nandar could not enter the forest just alone with Mira.

Nandar keeps, so that no one thinks badly of them.

Dino can't go in with Mira.

They then wear raincoats.

"Come on Neng Mira, mbak Susi.kita come in," invited Nandar who brought a bag of salt.

Dino sat on his motorcycle seat, he had to wait in a raincoat that he had worn.

Mira and Mbak Susi follow behind Nandar.

They continued into the forest and stopped under a large tree.

Nandar sat cross-legged under the big tree, and continued to chant prayers.

Nandar took a pinch of salt and threw it under the tree.

Instantly a thunderous voice rang out in the air, the sound of lightning connecting.

The wind around the forest was starting to feel cold...

Susi looked up at the sky through the gap of the leaves of the trees, the sky looked very dark.

It will soon rain.

"Neng Mira took a pinch of salt.then throw it under the tree," Nandar ordered.

Mira did as Nandar commanded, and Mira threw the salt under the tree.

Again there was a thunderous sound in the sky, the sound of lightning.

Rain spots began to fall, when a voice snapped at them.

"What are you guys doing here?" ask the voice Mira already knows.

The voice of his father-in-law, Mr. Broto.

" Sir.." call Mira.

Mr. Broto was standing next to a man his age who Mira did not know.

Mr. Broto and his friend looked at them with sharp gazes.

" It's you, what are you doing here, Mira?" asked Mr. Broto in a loud voice, he was shaking his waist.

"What is your father doing here?" ask Mira wonder.

"I'm reviewing the location of our project in this forest.Then what are you doing here?" Mr. Broto asked back.

The rain starts to get bigger...

"Sorry sir, we cannot explain it now.we must immediately complete our prayer ritual," Nandar said.

" You guys doing the pranks?" accuse Mr. Broto of being angry.

"No sir.please don't bother us first..," Susi interjected.

Nandar closed his eyes again, continuing his prayer.

While Mira throws salt around the tree with the instructions of Nandar.

The rain fell more and more, Nandar increased the volume of his voice.

There was a sound coming from the tree.

Then came out the figure of an old grandmother.

"Who dares disturb my sleep?" snapped it.

Mira her body was trembling.

Mira did as Nandar commanded, while Nandar continued chanting prayers.

"Sick...au...sick...," cried the old grandmother Mira had seen between her conscious and her dream named Grandma Kanji.

"You are the evil spirit" Nandar said.

Grandma Kanji let out a heart-wrenching shrill scream of pain.

Slowly Kanji's grandmother's body disappeared.

"You guys..you guys..." Mr. Broto widened his eyes, the sight before him frightened him.

Mr. Broto ran to leave them, he thought they were all doing a treat.

Mr. Broto's clothes had been drenched in rainwater.

"Shelf...dess.." lightning struck one of the tree trunks.

"Father.." cried Mira, then he spontaneously ran into the body of Mr. Broto.

"Mira...awas.." shouted Susi, she screamed as loud as she could.

Mr. Broto rolled over, he survived.Almost he was hit by a tree trunk struck by lightning.

Mira's body was hit by a tree trunk, she was immediately unconscious.

All eyes wide, the heavy rain suddenly stopped.

The once very dark weather suddenly became bright.

There were many bright spots of light coming towards the place, like dozens of fireflies.

But it's not a firefly because it's still daytime in that forest.

They turned into the bodies of several women and one man.

One of the women approached Mira and rubbed Mira's back.

Mira opened her eyes slowly, then she who had fallen on her stomach turned to sleep on her back.

"Mira..thank God..," Susi ran.

The woman who rubbed Mira's body smiled.

"Thank you, my grandson, I am Arum your ancestor.you have set me free with your pure soul" he said.

"I've been waiting for several hundred years to find my descendants."

"I started all of this, then only my descendants can end all of this."

"I couldn't reach my previous descendants, all this because we were fools.your husband could enter this forest."

"You are also willing to sacrifice your life for the sake of your father-in-law who hates you, which makes all this connected to nature" he continued.

"Thank you Mira.we are also free because of you" said another woman who Mira saw in her dream named Anum.

Anum smiled, she joined hands with a man who Mira thought was Anum's husband.

"Now the bond of vengeance between us is over.we can all leave quietly." added Anum.

" Our souls have been trapped in this forest for several hundred years, thank you" said the male figure.

"Nandar.thank you for accompanying my descendants to free our souls..." Arum switched on Nandar.

The other spirits, mostly European-looking, also thanked them and they turned again into a bright light.

The light then flew upward.

Mr. Broto and his friend Mr. Rinto, bengong with gaping mouth.

Only this time in their lifetime had they witnessed something unacceptable with their common sense.

"Mira...are you okay?" ask mbak Susi.

" It's okay mbak, just my back feels sore," replied Mira.

"Let's go check into the hospital" Broto said.

"This is my son-in-law Mira..," Mr. Broto acknowledged Mira as his son-in-law, introducing her to Mr. Rinto.

"Let me drive to the hospital in my car" said Mr. Rinto.

"Come on Mira.you must be checked," Mr. Broto was first friendly to Mira.

Susi then beat Mira, Nandar tailed behind them.

After arriving in front of the forest, Dino greeted them.

Dino was astonished to see his father in the entourage.

"Why did you come here?" ask Dino.

"Why are you?" Dino switched to Mira who was married by Susi.

"Over the story, let Mira get into the car first.mbak please accompany," Mr. Broto replied.

"Thank you to Nandar for his help" Mira turned to Nandar.

"Just like Neng Mira.we went to the hospital.ayo Den Dino we followed from behind," asked Nandar.

Dino who was confused by what really happened just followed.

He was wondering what happened in the forest.
