In the middle forest

It had been two days that Dino and his two friends, Andi and Wendi, were in the forest where they were hunting.

Unlike usual, they had not obtained a single quarry, the three of them finally rested back to where their tent was built.

Poni, Dino's pet mutt who is always with them when hunting also looks lethargic and not excited as usual.

Eve felt colder in the forest, maybe soon it will rain. Dino and her two friends hugged their hands in front of their chests to reduce the cold.

Pony appears to sleep with the position of slouching his body, may feel tired these two daily running and sniffing without getting the results of the hunt.

Dino and his two friends lit a fire from a pile of wood and dry twigs they collected. They made a small furnace out of the stone array.

They started boiling water to cook the instant noodles they brought from home, their stomachs were rumbling and asked to be filled.

Usually, if the results of their hunting are many, they will eat their prey like squirrels or rabbits.

They will roast it with only salt and soy sauce seasoning that they always carry.

But this time let alone the big hunt, a squirrel did not appear there, they seemed to be deliberately hiding avoiding the heat of a rifle bullet from hunters like the three of them.

Dino shivered, feeling cold. He immediately put on his jacket which he hung on the rope they tied between two trees.

Andi and Wendipun felt the same way, they shivered in the cold despite sitting around the furnace they made from a pile of stones, still unable to beat the piercing cold.

Andi and Wendi follow Dino taking their jacket and immediately putting it on.

" It's cold, bro." said Wendi.

" It may rain tonight" Andi replied.

Dino was busy putting instant noodles into the boiling pot water, after the noodles began to expand he stirred them flat.

" Let's bro eat right away," Dino divided his noodles into four parts after pouring all the seasonings.

Dino also set aside one part of instant noodles that he cooked and poured on the plastic wrap of instant noodle packaging for Si Poni.

The bangs immediately woke up after smelling the smell of cooking and immediately ate his part of the noodles made of plastic voraciously.

The brown fluffy animal wagged its tail, the noodles given to it was soon eaten.

After that he lay down and continued his sleep.

Dino, Andi, and Wendi had also finished their meal. Their stomachs are full.

Wendi took out a pack of cigarettes and offered them to Andi. Dino doesn't smoke.

Wendi and Andi smoke their cigarettes.

" Why isn't there a single game in sight this time?" said Dino.

" Yes, bro, this time we do kayak gini," continued Wendi.

" So tomorrow we go straight home or what about bro?" ask Andi later.

"Tomorrow we postpone our return first, we try to find the hunt again, when we go home empty-handed?" answer Dino.

Suddenly the sound of thunder boomed, the air inside the forest was getting colder.

There is no sound of an insect that is usually always heard when in the forest.

Dino himself felt astonished, had never felt in the forest this time not to find a single animal in it even the sound of insects.

" Maybe it's because it's going to rain" Dino thought to shake off his taste.

During the night the rain fell, Dino in the tent slept with Poni.

While Andi and Wendi sleep together in the other tent next to Dino's tent.

The sound of lightning was connecting, they hoped that their tents would not be flooded.

The bangs curled into his master's blanket. He must also be cold.

The next day, after all night's rain they were ready.

They bathed in the small river that was around near them building tents. They were deliberately looking for a location near the water source.

In addition to making it easier for them to take water for cooking, bathing, also to wash their food later.

The three of them had often hunted in other wildernesses, but only this time they entered this forest.

They want to try their luck hunting in this forest because many overgrown with big trees that they think definitely keep a lot of hunted animals in it.

But unlike they imagined, from the day they came none of the results they got.

After finishing the bath, the three of them prepared their hunting needs, air rifles and bullets, rope, and a folding dagger which they slipped inside their trouser pockets.

After filling their stomachs with dry bread, they immediately went into action.

The bangs are on standby, the four-legged animal without being given the cue already knows what he should do.

He is indeed a great hunting dog because he is used to coming with his master to go hunting.

He sharpened his hearing and sniffed with his trained nose.

" We'd better split up and meet later in the tent at noon" Dino said.

Wendi and Andi nodded then went in a different direction to Dino and Poni.

Dino and Poni take the opposite left direction to Andi and Wendi who take the direction to the right.

Dino walked down the street, her eyes looking. He prepared his rifle. The bangs walk in front of him.

Suddenly Poni barked, he sniffed then ran quickly towards the familiar smell.

Dino ran after Poni from behind, and was sure to see a rabbit running away from them.

The rabbit had already smelled a danger that threatened his life. He ran.turned towards the big trees.

Dino was excited. This time he will not choose the results of the hunt. There are no deer, no wild boar, no rabbits.

The rabbit kept running, Dino did not want to waste a bullet in his rifle. He will shoot at the right time.

Poni and Dino are getting deeper into the forest that has no idea where it ends.

Dino is not worried because he is with Poni, during the hunt Poni can always take him back home to their gathering point.

The rabbit disappeared in the thicket, the bangs kept sniffing and it was like losing track. The rabbit survived...

Dino was disappointed, after two days of fruitless hunting he was determined today he had to get the results of the hunt.

Suddenly Poni straightened his head, he seemed to hear something. He barked loudly. There was something he heard, he ran followed by Doni who was ready to shoot behind him.

The bangs stop.The tail stands upright.
