~City Center Dilemm~

Monarch stepped calmly into a fairly large building, it was the central building as well as the place that became the office of the City's in charge was glued.

Slowly the pillar that served as Monarch's injure shortened until finally the Monarch returned to the floor.

Monarch exited the building and again heard screams from various places, he thought it would likely be quite a long time to clean up the city.

Then a voice appeared in Monarch's mind.
