Chapters 5.5

~In Room Place Zhel Maintain~

Zhel sat half-naked on the bed, and what Zhel saw was the soldiers who stopped seeing him. Zhel looked at them with a cold gaze full of vengeance, Zhel extended his Mana Drain range to encompass the entire house. Although the area is getting wider, but the ability becomes really felt and does not see friends and opponents anymore.

“You...” said Zhel.

“Se-attack!” said Gerald with a sense of tightness that is getting heavier.

Several soldiers ran to attack Zhel, they ran with legs that were shaking so violently. Near the door several arrows shot towards Zhel doubtfully, and the few warriors who were about to use magic were confused because their magic was not working.

“Focused Punch” says Zhel.

Suddenly the approaching soldiers immediately bounced and the arrows came, seeing that all the soldiers were more daunted against Zhel who was still recovering.

“Ba-how is it possible?” gerald said with a scared and curious face.

Zhel got up from the bed and walked unsteadily towards the soldiers, at which time Zhel still had trouble moving because his body had not recovered properly.

“You have to pay for it... Mana Sword”

A blue colored sword appeared in Zhel's right hand, it looked like a blue flame that formed a sword. It was an ability developed by Zhel, just like creation magic but the thing created by Zhel was made from hardening his Mana.

“Mana Transfer”

Zhel drained the Mana throughout his body and made his every move quick and powerful.

“The Demonkin attack soldier!!” said Gerald.

The arrows shot towards Zhel, but they all came to a halt after hitting Zhel's body. It was his Mana Shield ability that he had created as the outermost shell, so even dust could not hit it.

Seeing the futile attack, the soldiers trembled in fear, even among those who fell to their feet to see Zhel.

“Mo-mo-monster!!” said soldier.

Then Gerald drew his sword quickly and slid forward.

“Instant Step”

Gerald was directly in front of Zhel and pointed his sword at Zhel, but Zhel also did the same thing Zhel attacked Gerald with his sword. But when their swords met, Zhel's Mana sword pierced through Gerald's and after that Zhel's Mana sword pierced through Gerald's body.

Zhel was directly behind Gerald with an upright body, he saw Gerald who was still silent behind him.

“Ba-how can?” gerald said, who fell down.

The sword of Zhel not only penetrated Gerald's body, but it took Gerald's Mana at once by sucking it. That's why Gerald lost consciousness and fell, he lost all his Mana.

When their leader fell, the other soldiers ran out of the room. After all the soldiers ran away, Zhel fell on his knee while holding his head which hurt.

“Sials... My strength” said Zhel who felt dizzy.

-kons... To beat that Slime... Only Kon can. Think Zhel.

Zhel got up and held Helen unconscious from losing a lot of blood, Zhel jumped from the window and saw Kon being cornered outside. Quickly Zhel came to Kon who was almost defeated by many soldiers, by then Kon was already severely injured.

“Kon help me” said Zhel while holding Helen.

“Zhel?! Helen?!”

Zhel gave Kon Mana, with Kon's Mana directly casting her magic again.

“Shadow Lock!”

All the shadow soldiers are bound, now all the soldiers can no longer move because they have been exposed to Kon's shadow lock magic.

“Nightmare Smoke”

A ball the size of a billiard ball appeared in front of Kon, Zhel kicked it at the soldiers who could not move. Then smoke came out of the ball, seconds later the soldiers fell one by one like dolls whose threads were cut off.

“Finished already” said Zhel who then fell on his knee.

“Zhel...! Helen! How's it going?!” asked Kon anxiously.

“Kon did you bring potion?”

“Ya”

Kon took out a Potion that could recover the wound, after releasing the arrow on Helen's body, Zhel gave Helen the Potion and in the blink of an eye the wound on Helen's body disappeared.

“Thank God... Then Zhel, let's go from this village” Kon said.

“Eh?”

“Villagers betrayed us, they intend to arrest you because you look like Demonkin” Kon said.

“Wait for the more important Kon today Slime giant”

“Slime is already in this village... Right now it is better we leave this rotten village” Kon said in an annoyed tone.

“Wait For your strength... Your ability might be able to beat Slime it”

“I am not willing to help this village!!” shouted Kon in a tone full of anger.

Zhel was very surprised to see Kon's nature that he had never seen before, Zhel reflexively hit Kon's face as hard as possible until Kon bounced far enough away.

“Stupid Basics!!!” zhel shouted in annoyance.

Kon got up and looked at Zhel with a puzzled face, Kon did not understand why Zhel had hit Kon like that.

“What's wrong with you, you idiot?!”

Kon got up and looked at Zhel, his face bruised from Zhel's pretty hard punch.

“Your strength! Your talent! What do you have it for?!” shout Zhel.

On Zhel's face appeared an expression he had never shown after all this time, it was an expression of disappointment.

“I..”

“You have the power! You have the ability! What do you have it for you stupid!” shout Zhel.

Then a drop of tears fell on Zhel's face, seeing that Kon was not wrinkled and could only look at his friend who showed a face of disappointment.

“This is not you Kon... You're not someone like that.”.

Said Zhel who then hugged the unconscious Helen in his lap, Zhel cried with disappointment because Zhel felt Kon had lost something.

“I..”

Zhel put Helen down and walked towards the giant Slime that was coming soon, Zhel came to the Slime without the slightest sense of trepidation.

“Zhel... Wait for... Wh-what are you going to do?”

“If you really want to leave this village please, I will not block it”

“What makaudmu? We'll go with”

“I won't leave before Slime's dead”

“You will die Stupid!”

“I know it!” replied Zhel who stopped walking.

Kon is surprised to hear Zhel's harsh answer, but Kon does not understand why Zhel is so eager to save the quet village.

“You know the meaning of a power?”

Kon did not understand what Zhel was trying to convey, but Zhel turned around with a disappointed annoyed face.

“That power is not something valuable... But power becomes valuable if used correctly, that's what I see in the other world's” Zhel said.

Kon was just silently silent looking at Zhel who was so disappointed.

“I'm envious and upset after seeing that world... Why in my world can't I live like that?” zhel said with annoyance.

“Zhel... You..”

“I just want to get rid of this feeling of envy... That's why I want to use this power as best I can and create a world where everyone can live in peace... It doesn't have to be everything... At least just a little bit of” said Zhel who then turned around.

Zhel ran away from Kon and Helen quickly, Zhel flowed through his entire body with Mana and in just a flash Zhel disappeared.

“Stupid basis... What do you want to do? If you go there, then you will die” said Kon who then hit the ground below.

An annoyance surfaced in Kon's heart, then Kon slowly lifted Helen up and left the village.
