"Will the disease be cured, Doc?" aqila asked after mastering her emotions.

The woman stared pushyly at Doctor Tia who was still speechless. The feeling of fear grew even more entrenched when he saw the woman in front of him still silent.

"Tell me, Doc. I am God willing" said Aqila to strengthen her heart.

"Until now, PCOS is one of the diseases that still cannot be cured completely."

Deg.

Unknowingly tears slid from both corners of Aqila's eyes. He closed his mouth with a shake of his head. He cannot accept this destiny.

Why must he be himself?

Why should he suffer from this pain?

"That's impossible, isn't it, Doc? The doctor lied, right?" aqila said in disbelief.

"Mrs please be patient" said Doctor Tia calming.

Khali who saw his wife lost control was only able to hug him. He held back the powerful Aqila rostrum. Khali never thought his wife would be like this.

"Say it's all a lie, Doctor. I'd really like to have a child, Doc. I want to get pregnant with my husband's child, the hyx," Aqila said, stopping her rowing.

"I'm so eager to have a child from my own stomach, By. Forgive me.forgive me." said Aqila drowning her face in Khali's chest.

He can't take all this. Aqila did not expect that it would end like this. All this time, he always felt fine. But why should it be like this now.

After his wife was calm. Khali refocused on Doctor Tia with his hands stroking his wife's back.

"Then what, Doc? What should my wife and I do?" khalif asked trying to find a solution.

However, the man still believes that all the diseases in this world must have a cure. God will not give a test without a way. That is what has always been instilled in Khali until now.

Although there was a lot of fear in him. Khali is still trying to be patient and calm. He could not have displayed all the sadness of his heart, when his own wife was like this. At the moment, Khali should be the strongest backing. Putting aside his own feelings in order to keep the power within his wife, Aqila.

"Will my wife be able to get pregnant with medication?"

"All we leave to God, sir. However, according to the NHS, many women with PCOS can still get pregnant with certain fertility treatments."

Hearing that, Aqila spontaneously distanced herself from the husband's embrace. He stared in disbelief at this doctor in front of him. With her crooked eyes, Aqila ventured to ask something that stuck in her heart.

"How long can I be pregnant, Doc?"

"If the menstrual cycle and ovulation disorders can be overcome, then the chance of pregnancy is also greater. It is different when couples also have problems such as infertility. This condition may make women who experience PCOS take a year or more to get pregnant."

"So I still have a chance of getting pregnant, Doc?"

Doctor Tia nodded. "The Lady still has effort and struggle once again. I'll help Madam as hard as I can."

"Thank you very much, Doc. Thank you very much."

Aqila was grateful, again she was met by good people around her. The brief introduction of Doctor Tia, however, was not the reason they were being indifferent to Aqila.

"Either. Later Madam will do therapy for treatment and take the medicine I give well," said Doctor Tia.

"For sure, Doc."

"What therapy will my wife do, Doctor?" ask Khali who wants to know.

"Hormone Therapy for PCOS starts from taking combination KB pills, metformin treatment, progestin treatment, clomid treatment, to letrozole treatment. KB pills containing estrogen and progestin decrease androgen production and regulate estrogen."

"Then?" ask Khali again.

"CPCOS treatment usually begins with lifestyle changes. Start changing your healthy eating style as well" continued the Doctor.

Finally that morning, Khali and Aqila really started asking everything. From living and eating healthy. Then began therapy for his wife. All of that was discussed until Khali began to understand everything.
