159. Ranvier Go

In the bathroom, Nada still seems to regulate her heartbeat considering what Ranvier had done earlier. Although he tried to convince himself that Ranvier would not claim his rights tonight, Nada wanted to make a good impression on the first night of their marriage.

" He's not going to ask for that tonight. I know she's understanding and won't make me sick when I'm not ready. Maybe he's more willing than forcing his will later. Sorry for me, my dear. I promise, once I'm healed and completely fit, I'll offer myself to you later." muttered Nada with a smile.

A crackling sound rang out from outside the room to shock Nada. He began to be alarmed because he remembered the kidnapping incident by Soni.

" Dear, what's that sound...?!" tanya Nada lantang's.

There was no reply and it made Nada panic.

" Dear...!" call Nada once again but there is still no validity.

Worried that something bad happened with Ranvier, Nada sped up her bath. Tone rushed out of the bath tub and washed himself under the shower. Afterwards Nada grabbed the bathrob hanging in the closet and rushed out of the bathroom.

" Dear...!" call Nada once more.

And when Nada came out of the bathroom she was surprised because the room was dark. Though he remembered very well if before the lights in the room lit up brightly. Luckily there is a reflection of light from the balcony that can help the vision of Nada.

Tone turned towards the room window that was wide open to make the window curtains flutter. He knew there was a balcony behind the window but he was sure Ranvier would not leave the window wide open at night like this.

Convinced something had happened, Nada was on standby. The tone seemed to close the bathrob he was wearing. Just in case Nada grabbed a 50 cm tall copper statue from the cupboard next to her and stepped slowly towards the window while observing her surroundings.

" Bang Ranvier...!" call Nada aloud while tightly grasping the statue.

The tone arrived at the window. He let out a long sigh then threw the copper statue in his hand onto the floor just like that. His stiffened face slowly loosened.

The tone seemed to be staring out the window with a raging feeling. There were tears welling up in both of his eyes at that moment. Even though his lips were smiling, there was clearly a scarred look in both of his eyes.

Tone was still standing there for a while while waiting for Ranvier to return. After believing Ranvier will not return anytime soon, Nada closed the window.

The next day Nada met Grandpa Randu and Wijaya. They met at a restaurant in the hotel where Nada and Ranvier were staying.

Seeing Nada come alone made Grandpa Randu and Wijaya surprised. Anxiety seemed to loom on the faces of the two. But when he saw Nada smiling widely while greeting them, the two also smiled with relief.

" Father Assalamualaikum, Grandpa...!" sapa Nada while stepping quickly then rushed to hug the two alternately.

" Wa alaikumsalam..," said Grandpa Randu and Wijaya together.

" Where are you, Ranvier...?" ask Grandpa Randu impatiently.

" Again go Cake..," said Nada while pulling the chair.

" Went?, where...?" asked Grandpa Randu annoyed.

" Have Grandpa and Dad ordered food ?. I'm hungry, we order food first huh..," said Nada trying to shift the conversation while reading the menu book in front of her.

Nada's speech made Grandpa Randu and Wijaya stare at each other then nod. They were busy looking at the menu book. When a restaurant waiter came closer, Nada ordered a lot of food to make Grandpa Randu and Wijaya surprised.

" A lot of it, son. Are you willing to eat everything yourself...?" ask Wijaya.

" okay. Where is your husband...?" asked Wijaya while circulating his gaze in all directions.

" Dad, I told you earlier that Bang Ranvier is leaving..," said Nada.

" Yes, Dad was horrified. But where do you go, honey ?. It's still early in the morning" Wijaya said, trying to be patient.

Tone just shook his shoulders indifferently then started to open his phone. Grandpa Randu who saw Nada's attitude was surprised and suspected that something had happened with Ranvier. He hoped if his guess was wrong. But when Grandpa Randu wanted to ask further, Krishna came and whispered something in his ear.

" Ck, what else is this..," Grandpa Randu grumbled as he tapped his wand on the floor.

" What's the matter, sir...?" ask Wijaya.

" There was a riot at the branch company. Apparently there are people who dare to make because of the embezzlement of employee salaries..," said Grandpa Randu.

" Why do you have to intervene ?. Can tell Krisna or others to handle it.", said Wijaya while frowning.

" This is not the first time Wijaya. I have never appeared in front of the screen and it makes some people assume that the company is just a small company that has no meaning for me. That's true, but I can't bear the fate of those cheated employees. That's why I decided to act now that I'm tired of giving them a chance. I'm sorry Wijaya, I can't accompany you to breakfast now that you have to leave..," Grandpa Randu said as he tried to get up from his seat.

Then Grandpa Randu and Krishna hurried away from the place. But their steps stopped when Nada called out.

" Grandfather wait...!" call Nada while running small towards Grandpa Randu.

" What's up, son...?" ask Grandpa Randu.

" Take this. Grandpa can eat this in the car later. I brought more than two servings and it was enough for Grandpa and Mr. Kris later..," said Nada while handing over a box of food and drinks to Krishna.

Grandpa Randu smiled then rubbed Nada's head gently.

" Thank you, son. You shouldn't have bothered. Grandpa can stop by to buy food later.", Grandpa Randu said.

" Can't Cake. I want Grandpa to eat on time so that Grandpa can also take medicine on time. This is important because Grandpa is also an important person in my life now..," said Nada while hugging Grandpa Randu tightly.

Tone Speech made Grandpa Randu moved. He hugged Nada back and kissed her head in love. Krisna who witnessed everything also smiled seeing the sincere affection of Nada to her master.

" alright. Apparently now Ranvier has an ally who will continue to terrorize me, yaa..," Grandpa Ranvier joked to make Nada and Krishna laugh.

" Not Nerror Kek. I'm just ngingetin Grandpa to take medicine on time..," said Nada.

" But for Mr. ngingetin to take the drug is the same as the terror Mbak..," interrupted Krishna to make Nada laugh again.

" Gapapa, Grandpa doesn't mind what you're doing. Now let Grandpa go first huh..," Grandpa Randu said as he patted Nada's fingers that were still wrapped around her arms.

" Oh yeah. Okay, be careful, cake. Mr. Kris, please take care of Grandpa." said Nada while unraveling her hand.

Grandpa Randu and Krishna nodded then stepped back. After that Nada was re-joined with Wijaya who seemed still waiting for him for breakfast.
