23. Cake



The car Firas was driving stopped in the courtyard of Firas' parents. Firas and Aida get out of the car, Firas carries a plastic bag containing a cookie box. They entered the house through the garage.


“Assalamualaikum,” said Aida and Firas when entering the house.


“Waalaikumsalam,” Bi Ijah replied.


Bi Ijah was cleaning up the messy living room like a former Maira play.
