Go To the Demon Forest

When Bai Feng opened his eyes there was a very bright light in the sky that signified the time was already noon.

Bai Feng immediately moved out of his bed and walked over to his parents.

Arriving there, his parents were still sitting cross-legged and closing their eyes, they were still not finished memorizing the technique Bai Feng had given them.

Bai Feng, who saw that his parents had not finished memorizing the techniques he had given, preferred to leave his parents to calm down to memorize them.

Seeing Black and White sleeping under the tree in front of his house, he approached her. When they sensed Bai Feng approaching they both opened their eyes and woke up from their slumber.

Upon seeing Black and White's reply, Bai Feng left them so that the two of them could continue sleeping.

Bai Feng walked to the training area that was behind his house. There he picked up the wooden sword that he often used.

Outside the Black Bone village and the other two clans were the Devil Forest in the middle.

Although a part of the mountain where the pagoda was located belonged to the area of the Demon Forest, but no demon beasts dared to approach it after Zhao Bai put up barriers all over the mountain.

The deeper one enters the Demon Forest, the stronger the demon beasts appear. The three villages usually only entered the outer part of the Demon Forest alone.

Each village usually hunts demonic animals to take their meat and be used as food other than agricultural products. Arriving at Bai Feng at the back gate of the village he stopped 50 meters away from the village gate and used Wind Step to pass through the sigh gate.

Bai Feng chose to use the Wind step to get out of the village, because the villagers still did not have enough cultivation were forbidden to go out alone, The moment Bai Feng exited the village earlier he was escorted by his parents and now he was leaving alone.

Because Bai Feng was unwilling to go with others so he used Wind Step to pass through the village gate.

When Bai Feng moved very quickly through the village, the guards did not see Bai Feng running in front of him at all.

Bai Feng continued running to enter the inner part of the demon forest. Due to his current cultivation level, the demon beasts on the outside could not be made opponents because they were too weak.

Bai Feng only stopped when he saw the silver fang wolf that had the strength of a Level 4 Qi Gathering. The wolf had a body 2 meters tall.

The silver fang wolf directly ran towards Bai Feng who was walking towards him. Looking at the wolf that was running towards him Bai Feng then channeled its energy into the wooden sword that was in his hand.

Around the wooden sword Bai Feng was coated by the Red-colored Darkness Energy "Although this is only a wooden sword but in my hand this will be the same as a real sword."

Because Bai Feng used to be the number one swordsman in his previous life before he died from that disgusting figure when he was about to ascend to the God Realm. The sword ability is not measured by how great the sword is used, but the user's ability to control his sword.

The ability that Bai Feng used was the power of the Sword Dao, With that he could even use a tree branch as a sword.

The entire star realm and the other worlds were created with Primal Chaos energy and Dao power.

Dao cannot be obtained just by being strong. Many things were on how great the comprehension of the cultivator himself was. With Dao, a cultivator could fight an enemy that was several levels above him who had a Dao weaker than him.

The wolf headed straight towards Bai Feng very quickly while pulling out a silver fang in its mouth.

Bai Feng used Wind Step and disappeared from where he stood and appeared behind the silver fang wolf.

The bewildered silver fang wolf saw Bai Feng disappear from his place unseen. He was just about to look back but it was too late because Bai Feng had directly slashed his neck. The head of the silver fang wolf instantly separated from its body.

Bai Feng then took the beast core inside.

The demon beast core was the source of the power that existed on the demon beast when it had already reached the Qi Gathering realm. Demon beast cores could be sold for a great price as they could be used as resources to cultivate after being purified.

For the Qi Gathering realm demon beast core could be sold for between 100 to 500 low-tier quality spirit stones and it would be even more expensive if the cultivation level was higher.

Bai Feng put down the demon beast core in his hand then appeared the absorbency of the hand which made the demon beast core grow smaller until it was not left at all.

"What a technique! According to the description in this technique, I can absorb all sorts of energy without any side effects at all! I can absorb it directly into the core of this demonic beast first and the speed at which I absorb it is hundreds of times faster if I do not use this technique"

To absorb the demon beast core cultivators had to first purify it because within the demon beast core there was some less pure energy and if it entered the body it would cause trouble. To absorb the energy within it would take at most 1 hour while Bai Feng could absorb it in just a few seconds.

"I will try to absorb the energy present in this demon body" Bai Feng then placed a hand on the body of the silver fang wolf using his technique.

The body of the wolf instantly shrank and after a while nothing was left of the corpse of the silver fang wolf.

"Looky! I can also absorb everything" Bai Feng said with a laugh.
