Rama's face turned ashen eloquently upon learning of his condition. "No way, doctor! No way! This check must be wrong" said Rama who uses a foreign language.

He squeezed with indignation the diagnostic results of the doctor's eyes blaster it about him, if he was barren.

"I can't believe it, doctor! You must be wrong!" rama shouted in a foreign language at Jon's doctor.

Doctor Jon held her shoulder, "I understand how you feel, sir. But this is a fact, 95 percent say the lord is barren." Doctor Jon repeated his remarks to the Indonesian patient with his less fluent Indonesian language.

Hearing Jon's doctor, Rama shouted back. He was very disappointed with the diagnosis of the doctor. He recalled what his wife had said a few days ago in their phone conversation.

'Brother, when am I pregnant, huh? I was so ready to get pregnant. Let it be that when you leave again like this I won't be lonely and feel alone. It must have been funny when our son called me ummi and called you Abi.'

That word was very painful for Rama. How he gets home later. What Rama would tell his wife. Should he be honest about his current condition. Is Syakira not going to leave her?

"Akh!"

Rama is frustrated and disappointed. He did not expect to be an imperfect man. He came out of Doctor Jon's room by closing the door violently.

Rama did not return to the hotel. He went to a place that gave him a calmness.to take the water and pray together worshipers in one of the mosques in New York.

His phone rang and it was from Syakira. Rama just stared and let his phone continue to vibrate. Disappointment enveloped his heart.

Someone came to him. "Your cell phone is vibrating" said the person, who is also Indonesian.

"La. Thank you." said Rama to the man who is now sitting in remembrance nearby.

Instead of answering Rama turned his phone. Again he took the sunnah prayer two rakaat after the dzuhur prayer.

After the prayer, Rama rose from his place. The paper from Doctor Jon fell right in front of the man who had previously rebuked Rama.

He accidentally read Rama's diagnosis. The man was shocked. Soon the man followed Rama who had now left the big mosque.

"Master, wait!" Preventably. "Is this yours?" he said again while giving the paper to Rama.

"Thank you." Rama said and turned to leave.

"I'm sorry about your condition, sir, but that doesn't mean you're giving up. There are many ways you can do that." The man's voice stopped Rama's steps.

The man smiled and approached Rama, and then invited him to meet. "My name is Zakir also from Indonesia from city X."

Rama also gave Zakir a helping hand and then said his name. "Rama. I'm from City X just like you. Nice to meet you, Zakir."

"It's good to have your condition checked, Mr. Rama. The doctor may be misdiagnosed. Or you can also check with several other doctors so that the results are more convincing. Keep relying, sir."

"Thank you for the advice." continued Rama.

They also seemed familiar and continued to talk about the purpose of each of their arrival in New York.

"All right, Mr. Zakir. Excuse me. Assalamu'alaikum." Pamit Rama and leave the place.

He thought Zakir's suggestion was quite in Rama's mind. Again he saw his phone there were five missed calls from his wife. There was guilt and regret in him.

After arriving at the hotel, he rushed into his room. The man again saw the diagnosis of doctor Jon. With his frustrated face Rama threw the paper in any direction. His pride as a man was shattered.

"this is impossible! The doctor must be wrong!"

The doctor must have been wrong, it must have been wrong. I can't be barren.no!" his yell.

Rama stood up and punched as hard as he could on the walls of the hotel room until his handbooks bled.he paid no heed to the wounds on his hands even the blood that had come out.

"What would I do. What if Syakira found out? what about Grandma who wants a great-grandmother from me? Hows it? why did it have to happen to me?"muttered Rama single-handedly rubbed his face violently.

Rama looked at himself in the mirror. "Tomorrow I must go back to check myself with another doctor," muttered Rama remembering Zakir's advice.

He turned around and his eyes were fixed on the cell phone he had accidentally deactivated. The man regained his temper and threw everything in the hotel room.

"Akh!" his yell. He sat on the bed, pulling his own hair.

I heard knocking on the door. Rama saw who was outside. Rama also opened the door with a shabby face and messy hair. Rama saw the name there and also the origin of the girl turned out to be from Indonesia.

"What's wrong?" rama said to the hotel clerk. His voice sounded like an angry man made the woman look like a fright.

"Sir, I want to clean your room also want to change the sheets." replied the girl using Indonesian very carefully.

The girl was quite startled and asked in her why the man's room in front of her was as messy as the room that had been ruffled.

Accidentally the girl's eyes were also fixed on Rama's hands, but, he did not dare to ask or offer to help treat.

"Exit! Just clean the other room," Rama kicked the girl out.

then, he closed the door to his hotel room quite roughly.

Syakira who ignored the call from her husband was angry and upset and disappointed. He was getting suspicious.

"What's right, brother. You're with Maura? why is this painful when there is no evidence." Syakira muttered in silence.

"Syakira, are you still here? Why not sleep? It's late at night, son," Fatima said, seeing her daughter still standing in front of her room sitting on the couch.

Shakira hugged her mother. "Mom, I really miss my husband. I'm not calm, mother. I tried to call several times, but my phone call wasn't answered, mom. What's wrong with brother Rama. What's wrong with mother?"

Syakira's mother gently stroked her daughter. He could not see Syakira looking like a person who had lost his spirit. Even eating is just a bite.

Syakira's mother escorted her daughter into the room. He tries to contact Rama but, inactive. "Is Rama okay?" thought that it was Syakira's mother who was worried about her daughter-in-law.

Syakira's mother saw her daughter was asleep. When going out Syakira delirious. "Sister, what's wrong with you? what's up, brother."

Syakira's mother sits next to her daughter again. "all will be well, son.

Seeing Syakira was already slumbering Mother Fatimah also came out and closed the door of her daughter's room slowly.

One third of the night Syakira again deliriously, "Sister, what's my fault! why did you go back! come back! don't leave! brother, don't go! you promised we'd always be together, but why did you leave! come back!" she screamed and Syakira woke up from her dream with gasping breath.
