Chapter 249. Dark Phone

The day that was lost finally passed. Wu Jin Ming who had finished work first, waited for Rubby in the waiting room. He plays games on his phone to drive away the burnout.

"Hi!" greet Angela, sit without excuse next to Wu Jin Ming.

Wu Jin Ming did not reply, he glanced at him for a while then refocused on the game he was playing.

'It turned out to be true Lan Lan said. Wu Jin Ming was not willing to glance at me at all. I must give off my alluring aura.'

Angela held her breath for a moment, she concentrated on expelling the energy that made her look dazzling before Wu Jin Ming.

Although without turning his head, Wu Jin Ming could feel a foreign energy coming out of Angela's body. In order to avoid the worst possibility, Wu Jin Ming immediately coated his body with protective energy.

"My name, Angela!" said Angela with a style of talk made-up spoiled.

"You know," he answered briefly.

"really? So sweet once, I'm flattered." With confidence Angela felt Wu Jin Ming had been affected by her alluring aura.

He just kept looking at Wu Jin Ming while propped up with his chin. If you look closely, Wu Jin Ming is very handsome. He thinks he's too handsome for Rubby and he's the one who should be his girlfriend.

From a distance, Rubby walked towards them and looked at Angela with a dislike gaze.

Wu Jin Ming smiled towards Rubby, without a second thought he immediately stood up to greet him.

Seeing that Wu Jin Ming was about to stand up, Angela did the same.

Their foreheads are both clashing.

"Let's!" peek Angela, hold her forehead.

"You were intentional, huh?" Wu Jin Ming looked at her unhappily.

"Yee! You're the one who intentionally, just tell me you want to get close to me!" Angela accidentally sparks a fire so that Rubby is angry with her lover.

Wu Jin Ming did not want to serve Angela whom he thought was crazy.

Feeling Rubby bewildered by her request, Angela pointed at her blushing forehead.

"I need a mirror" he said.

"I've never brought makeup, excuse me!" Being around Angela for a long time made her sultry, Rubby immediately pulled Wu Jin Ming's hand and took him away from there.

"Review, you!" Angela felt furious, clenching her hands together with her legs being stomped to the floor.

In parking.

"Darling, why were you so close to that stray cat?" rubby asked with her face down.

"Hahaha, what a name!" Wu Jin Ming laughed when he heard Rubby mention Angela to a stray cat.

"After being asked laughs. Bummer!" Rubby folded his arms around his chest and threw his face the other way.

"I'm not interested in wild cats. Why would I approach her?" Wu Jin Ming focused on driving his car.

Rubby's emotions subsided after feeling that what Wu Jin Ming said had a point. There was no way Wu Jin Ming would be interested in Angela.

Rubby turned to look at Wu Jin Ming and looked at him seriously.

"Am I going to die if that soul union doesn't work?" Rubby's tone sounded very sad.

"Don't think too much! We must try to keep believing that we will succeed. All that supports the unification of the soul we already have. After my Soul Alignment Force is perfect, we must make medicine from the seven rare plants in the sky palace by borrowing the furnace of immortality," Wu Jin Ming explained.

"May our faith be manifested." Rubby tried to smile despite not being in line with his chaotic feelings.

They fell back into silence in each other's minds.

On the way home this time, Rubby did not say much after hearing Wu Jin Ming say about the unification of souls.

"By, you're not tired tonight, are you?" wu Jin Ming asked the code to perform their sacred ritual.

"Uhukk ... uhuk ...!" Rubby's got his saliva on him.

Immediately he took the mineral water that was on the dashboard of the car.

"Sorry!" Wu Jin Ming looked disappointed but he had to understand the state of his wife as well.

I want Rubby to say he's very tired, but he's undoing it. She was afraid that her handsome husband would turn away from her.

"I'm not tired, I was just surprised."

Rubby's reply made Wu Jin Ming's face romance change. There was a bright smile on his originally overcast face. Even if he doesn't say anything, Rubby knows he's happy now.

The night was getting late but Wu Jin Ming had not finished practicing the Soul Alignment Technique yet. Rubby was restless waiting for him. His eyes were already very sleepy yet if he slept now surely Wu Jin Ming would be disappointed.

Rubby sat down leaning against the head of the bed and hugging his folded legs. He put his chin on his knees to keep his head upright. But it feels like it was all in vain. Rubby still could not resist his drowsiness.

That night, Rubby failed to serve Wu Jin Ming again.

Not long after Rubby fell asleep, Wu Jin Ming finished his training. He runs in a hurry to correct Rubby's sleeping position away from the word comfort. Rubby's body was lifted up and he laid as comfortably as possible.

Wu Jin Ming kissed Rubby's forehead slowly so he wouldn't wake up. Before catching up with Rubby to bed, he wanted to clean up in the bathroom first.

Just a few steps down from his bed, the sound of Wu Jin Ming's phone rang out loud. That ringtone could've woken Rubby up. Wu Jin Ming ran over to see who called him night-night.

On the screen of his phone showed an unknown number. Wu Jin Ming was reluctant to pick her up but was afraid that it was an important call.

"Hallo!" Finally, he decided to answer the call.

"Cash, Tiger! Help me!" a voice from across.

Wu Jin Ming was well acquainted with that voice.

"Sister Lin! What the hell happened to you?" wu Jin Ming asked in panic.

"Come to Street X number 378, right now!" Kak Lin's voice from across turned into someone else.

Wu Jin Ming wanted to ask again, but the call had already been turned off unilaterally.

"What happened to Lin? Did someone kidnap her?"

It felt like Wu Jin Ming ignored the phone call, yet he would be very sorry if something bad happened to manager Lin.
