THOUSAND MONTH ENERGY

Arlan was more and more amazed by the power of that wall of light but there was one thing that troubled his mind. He was thinking how he could get out of this confinement of light.

Arlan sits between happy and sad. In that slump, Arlan had to cultivate to gather recovery energy. Although it can not make it stronger, at least it will overcome the wounds and fractures that are in nature at this time.

Before cultivating, Arlan calmed his mind first by doing muscle stretching and breathing movements. The negative thoughts in Arlan's head slowly faded as his breathing began to blow regularly. The spiritual energy around San hill began to arrive and gather around Arlan's body.
