Theft of the Future

Theft of the Future
Chapter 7

As soon as he reached his yard, Laju was shocked by the presence

the car that made his heart stop beating. He's freaked out, scared, agitated, but

also happy, excited, passionate, and curious. Her dad? No. gabe. Not only

that's. There are two cars. His parents finally came home after a long time. But

why now? Have they been off? It's too fast. What do they want

coming up? Why are they coming?

But Laju thinks again. Whynot? Why should they have

reason to go home? For one second, Laju smiled happily

because it can let go of longing after.. how much? For months? Or until one two

the year? I don't know. But next, Laju returned moody. Fate does not allow it

to smile so easily.

This is no longer good news after all that has happened. Swift

he abandoned his intention to welcome his parents home, just as he had

always wanted to do. He had to start thinking about possible scenarios

will slap him on the dining table. The pace should think of ways and solutions to

deflecting the questions of his parents. Is the question as usual?

Is it about the future? Can the pace?

But he reached the front porch of his house. The car door opened, though,

but Laju still sat biting his fingers, daydreaming, and dreaming. “Master Rate?” Ask

the driver who woke up Laju.

The speed responded, got out of the car, walked slowly towards the door

fore.

The pace had not prepared him mentally for every scenario that attacked him

which cannot be anticipated. He thought again, thought harder. But

his brain stopped functioning and just went blank. Rate no

can think at all.

What the hell's going on? Why can't someone as perfect as Laju think?

Did all the stress that came bothering him today make him tired?

Did Laju finally admit his defeat? But to whom? Who is that person

defeated him? Destiny? The fate? He cannot fight abstract things

like those.

The pace cannot stay on the terrace. He has to come in and act like

the boy in general. Who cares about the scenario. Whatever happens next

let happen. The pace has to admit that something cannot

anticipated it. He's willing.

But his little heart was not. His pride as a perfect human being refused

to give up defeat. But what else? There's no time.

The door opened slowly. The condition of his house is still exactly as he

remember in the morning, when treated to a crumbling morning, when everything really

messier. Except, now everything's changed completely. Clean floor, furniture

reorganized, it was as if he had just entered a very luxurious mansion that was always cared for and guarded.

What's with the waiters here? They knew the arrival

both of the old men are marching and working like crazy in the last seconds?

If so, why did Laju not know the arrival of his parents? But

importantly, these servants were so annoying! For the first time from

one time that he doesn't remember, he finally feels served again like

the humans.

But is this service for him?

From the second floor, from the shiny spiral staircase, came down soerang

the guy in a really neat suit. Why should he dress so formally?

This is his house, right? That's Dad Laju, who looks and does look professional,

even in his own home. Will he leave again?

The pace doesn't care much. He doesn't want to think much. She still is

petrified, seeing a figure that was very respected by him was also feared, being located

a few meters in front of him. His father, who was aware of Laju's presence, looked at him,

smilingly welcomes. “Welcome, son,” he said. “How is your school?”

Stuttering rate. She can't talk – but not because she's impersonating Delphia

because I was upset with him. His body just can't do what it

his mind wants to do. He was shocked, shocked, unprepared for the arrival of fate

who arrived to come to him, knocking on his house, the road approached him – like

this father.

Sanga father who was in front of Laju even laughed a little. “Hng? Why

you stammered that way? Hahaha!” And next, his hand stroked his head

The pace, playing her hair, made her fall apart.

Glad pace. Very happy. When was the last time he felt

this intimate affection? This is the reason he lives. This is the reason why he should

struggling desperately. The pace does not speak. He swallowed back

his words, replaced with a very slick smile, very wide, very real.

No more falsehoods.

Unfortunately, it was just a fake scenario that came to his mind, only

the hallucination. His father only smiled for a moment, greeted Laju, and went to

other room. Naturally, he was a busy man. Can take home too should

gratified. There are many interests to take care of.

Irritation. Very upset. His brain was empty a second ago. What the fuck

this fake scenario? Coming uninvited, destroying lives and hopes,

make the day heavier, longer.

A thin smile, greeting his father who has disappeared. All of them

all right, everything's fine. The pace regained consciousness, began to lift

her bag, and went to the room to straighten up.

“There can I help you with, Mr Laju?” Ask the morning waitress

it just destroyed his morning meal. The pace is not as furious as it was

morn. But he still refused help. She's tired. Real tired. No

there needs to be a disappointing intervention and bother him again.

Tuk tuk!

After that there was another knock from the door of Laju's room.

At first Laju thought it was just another waiter who would interfere

his day. Don't they understand the code that Laju gave them? Leave the pace alone!

But, after Laju came to the door to resist the knock, who was

standing in front of him was none other than his own mother. Panic speed.

His mother had already opened the door before Laju opened it.

Laju forgot that it was not only his father who came home. The car

the second page indicates that his mother came home and was at home

these. Oh naw. The presence of his mother who is now a few inches in front of him

very horrible, very annoying.

Different from his father who had greeted Laju, his mother was completely different.

With folded hands, he opened the door welcoming Laju with a sour face.

His cold gaze explained that he was clearly disappointed.

But against what? What has Laju done? Isn't the pace already

being a good boy as long as his parents are gone? The pace still keeps promises

his parents, right? What promise has been broken? Confusion rate.

Did his mother know that he had already been rejected by the academy? But that news

just got here this morning, right? What the hell's going on? What has he done? “This

all your fault, Rate!” He shouted loudly, with a cry, while

“I hope you were never born!” continued.

The pace was shocked by the loud voice. Also followed by the steps of his mother

who slowly cornered him, made Laju not wart. Initially, Laju wanted to

moving backwards, away from her mother, seeking refuge. But he didn't

he was and let his mother come to him. Oh. His mother hugged him?

“Halo darling!” he cried out with the same scream, full

kehangantan, attentive. So, it was just another weird scenario

who appeared? A sudden? Justjust like? The pace blasphemes his own mind. What

actually happened, anyway? “How's your school? Mom and Dad happen to be new

came home this afternoon. You're in shock, right!?” nosy

As before, Laju is not ready to answer his mother's questions

in addition to giving a thin smile of his mainstay. Slowly, his mother opened

his embrace and began to help Laju tidy up. “Evening is ready,

loh. We haven't eaten together in a long time, have we? Mom wait downstairs, yeah!” heed

after peeping his forehead and other hugs at Laju.

The pace slaps itself. Is this still a false scenario of

his thoughts and hallucinations? Or has Laju regained consciousness and come back to life in the real world?

Confused pace. The initial pace wanted to think where the fake scenario came from

those. Is that his wish? Or just his fear? But the pace is not

have time to sort it out. He had to come down to his parents' call

for dinner.

At least, he could sort out the real world he was living in

now this, this reality, and the fake scenario that appeared all of a sudden.

His father left after greeting, and his mother welcomed him with a big hug

tightly. That's what happened. That is reality and facts, that is reality.

Hate this reality.

***

Dinner was also made. Despite everything that happened before,

this is just a normal family dinner to be found everywhere. But, uh,

when viewed from Laju's point of view, this dinner feels warmer,

tranquility.

Or that's what Laju hoped would and still happen.

But it can't. News from the principal this morning made

the dinner was a mess so it could not be fully enjoyed. Subsequent to

haha-hihih's remarks that Laju does not remember, begin to arrive at questions

what he does not want. “So how did the academy invitation progress,

Ju?” ask father.

The pace should play its own part to answer questions

that's a little worried. No more false scenarios can be

help him, except for the last road that Laju dislikes. “Nothing

new, really. Everything is still according to plan,” said Laju with a thin laugh, with

worry, with a lie.

“Wah, I can't wait if we can finally move to

academy residency,” exclaimed his mother happily and enthusiastically. “We can start

everything from zero again and move on from all of you, right?” he continued, holding tightly onto Laju's hand, no

forget about the smile, coldly.

“Daddy is also very much waiting for that moment. In addition to the future of the already

guaranteed, we can also have a brighter future,”

his father had not played his fork and knife. “Laju is a great kid, yes.

Very reliable. I also believe that in the future our lives can be easier

because of its achievements. I'm proud of you, son!”

Giggling pace. If it comes from someone else or his teacher,

I get tired of hearing it. He lives too easily. It's been too much

the compliments that come to him every day. But another problem is if it

his own father said it. He's very happy. Incredibly happy.

But does he deserve this happiness thanks to lies

what's he doing? What are the consequences that will come to him due to this? Swift

he must prepare himself immediately. He has to be ready for a full day

a lie that would be hard to deal with. Oh hell. Can't he just see

the future so as not to be bothered with all these problems?

For a moment, Laju had thought about Delphia. Is he.- ah.

never mind. Delphia can't even communicate well. Delphia is not

can expect. It doesn't matter whether his true identity isn't human or

all sorts. He's not important.

Duh! The pace is upset itself.

“Oh, yes! I heard he said that Bu Halim's son had entered stage two

academy registration, loh. Must have been doing jockeys, asking shamans, or

the other weird ones. His son cannot even go to school

featured. The academy is also strict, right?” His mother cried, when she remembered

interesting stories from his friends. “You can't be like that kid huh, Ju!

Don't even come near. Picky friends are important!”

“That's like that must be a lot. His son's friends are willing too

paid a lot for tutoring or all sorts for the sake of getting into the academy. Lucky

our son is different, yes. You who are 11th grade can even get letters

the invitation is direct,” exclaimed the father who is still busy eating. “Dad actually

very proud and friends of the father was envious of Laju. But father is a little

worry suddenly Careless pace, unfocused, and instead slipped down.”

Everyone stopped eating. “Hopefully nothing like that happens again huh,

Speed?”

Thin smile rate. “Take it easy, well!” Speak with more confidence

selves.

After that, the conversation was diverted to discuss things that were not

important. Gossiping, joking funny things, which slowly recover the worry

Swift. As he thought, this was indeed a normal dinner.

At least, he managed to save his family's dinner

for tonight. I don't know for tomorrow and the days after. Swift

choose not to think about it now. He was more focused on the moment

this, which he had dreamed so much about. Will this happen in the future and

afterwards too? I don't know. No one knows. No one can see

future date. That's another business.

The feeling had started to calm down and slowly Laju could think with

good again.

Even though this dinner felt very short, Laju quite enjoyed it.

No, Laju really enjoyed it. If possible, maybe speed will steal time,

make it stop, and capture the moment tonight.

Unfortunately he can't.

He had to get back the invitation letter first, though,

whatever the cost, whatever the cost. To secure his future, so that

can go back to normal, move forward, make peace with his past. As of

you can have a normal dinner like this on other days.

The pace is burned again by motivation and hope. Confidence began to envelop him.

And so is his dream. Both burning, both burning.
