"Ra, where are you going?" the bass voice that Nara was familiar with was heard greeting her sense of hearing as Nara was about to open the door of her room.
Taking her breath, Nara turned her body to face the questioner who had just come out of the bathroom. "I'm going to Zeline's room." she replied briefly.
His throat was stuck by something. To lie? Just this time. Lying to someone full of patience. I don't know why it feels so different.
He did not dare to stare longer bead eyes shade the husband. In fact, if usually he will stare with a long shade that comes from the eye bead. But not this time.
There was fear when he looked at her. Was it because of the lies he was lying to?
A smile rises as he steps toward the woman he's been waiting for his love from long ago. Slowly, his hand touched a shoulder much shorter than his. "How do you look different? Or am I the one who saw it wrong?" tanyanya.
"Huh? I-i?" said staggered.
Laughter broke out seeing the funny expression of the wife. Nara hugged him tightly. Drown the beautiful face that always makes her smile. Swiping slowly shoulders, then head and end in a kiss.
"I was just kidding" he said. Makes Nara breathe a sigh of relief.
Nara took off her husband's embrace. "I'll go first. Take care of Yumna first. Assalamualaikum." after kissing Naren's hand, rushed Nara to open the door of her room. Passing away left Naren who was still standing in his place.
"Getishalight."
Without Nara noticing, tears dripped from her eyelids while in the elevator. In Nara's heart asked, What exactly is this? He's never felt this before. Was it because of his lie to Naren?
Elevator door opens. Soon Nara stepped out of the hotel into the parking lot. The cold night was a witness to where Nara went.
Ten minutes Nara passed quickly. He arrived at the garden which he had been prying from childhood. Parked her car, Nara walked to a bench in the park.
Sitting there with his head down. Looking for something, someone. "Ma." Nara then looked up to hear her name being called.
Rising from the chair, Nara looked at the man in a black jacket standing not far from her. "Gio?"
The man in the jacket approached Nara. Hugged him tightly after a long time. Nara was quiet in place. Not replying and not refusing. What exactly happened to him?
"I miss you, Ra. Missed it, Ra." The hug felt tighter.
"Gio, I don't have much time. Quickly tell me why you told me to come here." Nara replied making the hug slip away instantly.
Nara fell silent, confused as to what to answer. "I know you miss, right? And I'm here, just want to give you an explanation as to why I left you." before Nara replied, Gio guessed it first.
"What explanation?" nara asked back.
Gio led Nara to sit on a park bench. The hand that always keeps him warm. "Before I give you a real explanation, I want to ask you first."
"I already know that you married her because of an equation right? Both of you are left behind by loved ones. But now, I've come. There is a difference between you, right? What after this difference, will you part with him?"
Jem!
Like being pierced by such a sharp thorn, Nara's heart was slashed. Hearing the parting words, he limp. Never terbesit though the word will be in his marriage to a man with a million patience.
"Ra, I'm sure you still love me, right? Answer me honestly, Ra. I can tell if you still love me or not. So, never try to lie."
This time Nara was really stuck with the question that was thrown from the man in her heart.
Silent.
In the next second, Nara nodded. Along with that, tears shed instantly.
Never did Nara know, if the answer had hurt someone's heart. Even very. Slashed.
