Episode 2: Leo's Plan and the Emergence of Red

After the meeting between Leo and Edgar, Leo is seen walking into a forest not far from the crowds of Lilith City. He walked straight and found a mansion facing him. Someone immediately opened the door for Leo while bowing his head. It seemed that the man knew that Leo would come to his place, for he stood guard at the door and let Leo in without hesitation.

Leo immediately walked to the reception room and sat there, followed by the person who opened the door for him earlier. His eyes had already caught sight of a set of tea that was already available to him and a few sheets of paper that were on the guest table.

“How to travel, you?” Said the man while pouring tea into the cup.

“I found something interesting” Leo said as he stared at the man.

The guy just looked at Leo with a ‘Ah gaze, something interesting again’. He sighed and placed his teapot on a nearby trolley.

“You sure?” Ask the guy.

Leo simply smiled and took his teacup.

“Iya, very suitable to help solve the problem this time. Then to ease my work in the future also” Reply Leo with a light tone and without hesitation.

“Ha? Are you so sure of his ability to help solve the problem this time?” Ask the person with doubt.

“Yes, I'll bet with both of my eyes if you don't believe me, Red” Leo replied as he pressed his final tone.

The man was named Red, a young man with the age in the middle of 30 years with a servant shirt ‘butler’ attached to his body. A red mane as red as a rose is nailed to her right with blood-red pupils. His body was quite tall upright with a slender body. His face was handsome with a sharp nose and thin lips. This kind of appearance would definitely be the ideal husband material for ordinary people in Lilyum Kingdom.

Red was silent at the response from Leo. He's just a waitress to Leo. There is no right to oppose Leo's decision.

“Alright if you risk your eyes. But, Your eyes are too meaningful if used for such a bet, My Lord” Red said as he took back his teapot to pour back his tea for Leo.

“Thank you Red, already served tea and let me stay for a few days” Leo said as he picked up and sipped his tea.

“This is already my duty. But you can't linger here, My Lord” Red looked at Leo asking.

“Ahahaha!!”Instead of answering, Leo laughed.

“Please don't laugh, My Lord. If your father knows that you've been playing around for too long outside, I can get the death penalty.”.

“Ahaha . . . Sorry, Red. I won't kill you anyway. He had too much business to take care of this kind of matter. Don't you know more about dad's work?” Leo smiled.

Red just sighed hearing the question from Leo. “Not that I don't know his job, but you haven't been home for two days. Did you know that your father is also worried about you?”

Red sighed back “Hah . . All right, if that's what you want” replied.

“Oh yes, Red! Tomorrow we have a guest. I told him to come here. The one who caught my attention earlier. He's the one I was telling you about” Leo said making Red pause for a moment.

“What! Tomorrow?!” Said Red who was surprised to almost spill tea in his teapot.

Leo who was also surprised at Red's shout also almost spilled the tea in his cup. “Red, don't surprise me. I almost spilled the tea”

“Sorry for my attitude, My Lord. But, are you crazy? Tomorrow then? Why so suddenly? And why should it be here? Didn't you point to the employment department?” Red immediately bombarded Leo with all his questions.

“Hey, relax, relax first, Red. Be calm. He won't work under the labor department. He'll work under me. He has more potential than the people of the employment department. Too bad if he's used by the employment department, it's better that I use him. That's better, right?” Leo replied casually like there would be no problem going forward.

Red frowned and replied to Leo's reply “Don't tell me you want to do that again? Didn't you just do that a year ago. What exactly are you planning, Leo?”

Leo smiled at Red “Red's reply, I was just doing my duty as a devoted son to his father. Anyway, I saw something going to happen in the future. And I need that person, as one of my hands” Leo's smile widened calms Red who had panicked with Leo's sudden decision.

“Hah . . If that's your will for the future, I don't have much choice. Hope your plan works out in the future, Leo. If you need our help, just contact us as usual” Hela bawah Red ends their debate.

‘I can understand why my predecessor changed so quickly. I could die if something like this continues’ Inner Red ends his mind about Leo's hasty decision.

After a few minutes, Red handed Leo a bunch of papers with a serious expression.

“This is the document you requested, My Lord. This includes other cities in the Lilith region. Please tell us, if you need any” Red said while bowing his head.

“Thanks, Red. With this, we can narrow his reach” replied Leo with a mysterious smile that suddenly appeared on his face.

Red straightened his head and walked towards the door. “I will prepare everything for guests tomorrow. I resigned myself first, My Lord” Red said as he bowed his head again as a form of respect for Leo.

“Iya. Once again, thank you, Red” Leo replied with Red holding his head up and walking out of the room, leaving Leo alone.

“Now it's time for me to work” Leo said as he listened to the document paper in his hand.
