Chapter 9 Cats

Rendy was surprised, but she couldn't move her body. If he did, he would probably be beheaded by a stranger who pointed at him.

“ Friends, if possible, this car is ours. You still love your neck, don't you?”

Rendy gulped and swallowed.

Rendy still did not stop, his iron stick was moved forward and pierced through the man's chest until blood spurted through the hole in his chest.

The man began to gasp softly before the man lay down, for a moment the man stopped breathing.

Rendy was shocked as the man then took out a black object. That's a gun !

Rendy frowned trying to endure the pain as the bullet scratched her cheek. Luckily the bullet didn't hit his head because Rendy dodged quickly.

Rendy felt she was lucky enough to avoid the shot. But luck doesn't come twice, he has to leave immediately.

Because it could escape death, Rendy did not wait for the man to shoot again. He quickly threw his iron stick which directly hit the man's right eye.

With a loud scream as he held his eyes, Rendy was unforgiving and kicked the man to his knees.

Blood flowed in his right eyeball and the man's gun was thrown two meters away from the man.

Rendy looked at the man and said.

After saying that, Rendy took the man's gun and put it in the car.

After filling up for some time, the gasoline had been fully charged and Rendy boarded her car. The man outside screamed continuously from the pain.

However Rendy coldly ignores and activates the engine then plugs in the gas, leaving the man behind.

Rendy trembled while driving. He was a seventeen year old child and this was the first time he had killed people.

His 'sook' bold action earlier was just a trick to calm him down.

His face was sweaty and his face was pale. He imagined the blood that had just spurt from the person he had stabbed earlier.

In the apocalypse era, if we can't kill the enemy, we'll be killed. It was one of the simple principles in this new world.

If one still did not know that simple principle, he could not possibly survive in this apocalypse era.

Rendy will slowly get used to her new life. Vehicles entering the city. There were zombies everywhere.

On one side, a man was looking up from afar and cursing loudly. The man even ransacked the surroundings and his face was extremely ugly.

" Fucking boy ! If we meet you later, don't expect to be able to beg for mercy !"

Because the day was late, Rendy chose to stop the car.

The atmosphere there was very quiet and there was no one at all, even though this had already entered the city. Rendy moves to the back of the car and looks for objects or food that she needs.

But after a long search, he found only one light snack and mineral water. Rendy immediately ate it, but while she was enjoying her meal, there was suddenly a soft groaning sound.

The moaning doesn't look like it's outside, it's like it's in a car. Curious, Rendy stared at the back of the car.

“ Cat ? Isn't this the white cat in my school ? Is she separated from her mother ?”

Rendy looked at the cat, but the young cat looked back at her and her eyes shone slightly.

A light blue light shone behind the darkness. Very funny !

Rendy lifts the cat up, but the cat seems to be quite calm as she is carrying and Rendy kisses the cat's head gently.

“ Ihhh... You are so sweet, even though this age has changed, I still love you so much. I feel accompanied here. ”

While talking, Rendy presented an orange snack and the cat devoured it rashly and then meowed quietly. Rendy unsealed the mineral water and then opened the lid.

He drank it and then carried the cat into his lap. Rendy poured water over the bottle cap and then drank it to the young cat.

The cat looked obedient, even he looked meowing happily.

Because it was so late, Rendy was fast asleep. The next morning, the sun shone on the car and Rendy slowly opened her eyes.

Rendy looked at the cat who had been silent and motionless.

Rendy gave him a drink, but after that, the cat still did not sound like it was sick. Rendy even felt this cat had an ice-cold body.

“ What's wrong with this cat , can't she be sick ? But I don't know how to care for sick animals. Here there is no veterinarian.”

But seeing the cat's eyes are still bright and the smell is even more fragrant, this makes Rendy sure if this cat is okay. It is possible that this cat is exhausted or frightened because the mother disappeared.

Rendy is shocked when she sees a zombie figure on the glass and knocks it over and over again.

Rendy was surprised for a moment even she stroked her chest for a moment. Annoyed by the shock in the morning, he picked up the axe in the back of the car and opened the door.

Some of the other zombies started to hear the buzz, but Rendy just stared at the zombie quietly before she started running again.

One by one the zombies had been slashed with their axes. Despite being exhausted, Rendy still beat up one by one the zombies that kept coming.

“ Zombies keep coming. If I pass it on, my body can't hold it.”

Feeling besieged, Rendy chose to enter the car and then plug the gas.

Sure enough, zombies one by one began to come chasing his car. Rendy was confused, she had no idea what was luring the zombies to chase after her.

As Rendy looked back, her face frowned. In the back, about hundreds of zombies ran after him.

But unfortunately, the speed of the car is faster than a running zombie so they are unable to catch up to it.
