Chapter 2 The World Has Changed

Some of the students in the classroom started to wake up from their sleep, but were shocked to see the terrifying sight before their eyes.

The thick blood that filled the floor around Gerry's figure bit Gura's neck viciously.

It left some of them in shock and instantly closed their eyes in fear.

Some students even lost self-control and vomited after seeing the terrifying scene.

"What the hell!" shouted the Master while immediately pulling Gerry's shoulder.

However, Gerry slammed Mr. Master's arm and bit him fiercely.

"Gerr, relax!"

The teacher groaned in pain.

"You crazy student, I gotta call the cops!" Shouted the teacher who was about to leave.

But the teacher and the students began to look panicked when some of the students who were still asleep suddenly opened their eyes and began to convuls.

They stared at the crowd of students and immediately jumped up.

Some students and students who had been awake were also immediately pounced. They could not fight back, even the master teacher also suffered greatly.

They were torn apart by their own friends who seemed to have turned into 'zombies' like wild animals that tore the flesh of their prey.

Rendy looked shivering, even her jaws were trembling.

As Rendy stepped in the corridor, Johan slowly regained his senses and glanced into the classroom.

To his surprise, he saw some disciples who had gone mad, biting and attacking others. Blood was spouting everywhere causing the school floor to be decorated in dark red and the smell of carnations to spread.

After waking up from his sleep, their school had become a bloody garden.

People behave like rabies animals, biting and attacking others with violence.

Is that why Rendy took him running ?

"I... I can walk on my own!" johan said, get off Rendy's back and start running. He didn't want to burden Rendy.

Rendy kept running by his side, her eyes looking around for signs of danger.

He obviously did not want to miss, he also ran with all his might. Johan ran faster than him, and he should not be flabby at the moment.

Every time they passed the classroom, many screams sounded. It is very cruel and can disturb a person's psychological well-being.

The human voice was bitten, screams, blood spread, and a lot of crazy things were inside there. Just imagining it, Rendy wanted to vomit, but she held it up until now.

Without hesitation, Johan looked at the two doors to his right and slammed them open.

Rendy followed inside, and the two of them quickly closed the door before the zombie managed to attack.

Rendy wiped the sweat on her forehead and heaved a sigh of relief. "Faulia.. Almost," he said.

Johan was still confused and asked, "What is it they are? Why is everyone going crazy?"

"Don't know," replied Rendy, "but obviously, they look like zombies."

"A zombie? But it's only in the movies, right?" johan did not believe.

Johan fell silent, realizing that Rendy's words might be true.

If he continued to panic and could not accept this new reality, then he might not survive in this chaotic world.

The only option is to accept the situation and survive. That's what matters !

"At that time, we saw a lot of meteors in the sky, then we all suddenly fainted. I'm sure that meteor is the cause of everyone being a zombie" Rendy said confidently.

Johan was still confused by Rendy's speculation, so he asked to eliminate his confusion.

"So you're saying, the meteor was carrying something like a virus that could infect humans into zombies?"

Rendy nodded, she continued.

" I think, survivors who are immune from the virus will still be able to turn into them if bitten by the zombies. We have to be careful."

Johan agreed. In the present, they had to be careful not to be bitten by the zombies.

If bitten, only God knows what will happen to them.

Rendy walked to the center of the hall and she began to lay down her body. His current mentality was slightly disturbed, Rendy was really very exhausted.

Meanwhile, Johan sat down near Rendy and turned his head down and said.

" Rest, when you wake up, we'll get out of here." Johan sat quietly, watching the surroundings of the hall.

In one house, the sky looked dark and foggy, there was no sound at all. It was as if it was in a vast vacuum. Rendy sat at the study table, staring at the PR she was working on.

Sometimes he saw a study lamp, then he went back to writing. While studying, the sound of broken plates could be heard breaking the silence.

But after that, the atmosphere became quiet again. Rendy unconsciously walked over.

He opened the door of his room and there was no crackling at all. This place was extremely quiet once, even quieter than a grave, even the many thin mist around it.

Rendy was as if living in outer space where there was no sound at all. In front of him, he saw a silhouette figure holding a middle-aged woman.

The silhouette grinned and looked at him like a psychopath. The silhouette spoke, yet somehow, the voice could not be heard at all in this place.

Rendy suddenly shouted, but her screams were also not heard at all. As Rendy shouted, she dashed towards that silhouette.

However, the silhouette figure opened its mouth wide, like a loose laugh. The figure quickly kicked Rendy then slit the middle-aged woman's neck.

Blood spurted out like a fountain drenching the silhouette figure.

Yet the man was just unmoved on the spot and expressionless as if killing was his daily habit.

Rendy who was kicked to a fall stared at the silhouette figure walking towards her.

With a gaze like a savage beast, the silhouette figure raised his knife wide which was filled with blood.

The figure of the man began to thrust towards Rendy's head and instantly the sky darkened.

" Huahhhhhhhhh !"

Rendy looked dull and looked at the surrounding environment. Cold sweat soaked his back, and his face was still very ugly.

" Have you woken up Ren ?"

Rendy looked at her best friend Johan, then looked at her surroundings. He breathed a sigh of relief and said.

" Huh, it was just a dream." Rendy wiped her sweat.

" Are you okay ?"asked Johan with a worried tone.

Rendy scratched her head and replied in a soft voice.

" It's okay, just remembering bad memories."
