The Smile of Love Alura

The Smile of Love Alura
Weddings

Tonight Alura slept unapologetically as usual, the meeting earlier this afternoon between her and Aunt Mery's family was a little distracting to her thoughts.

Back and forth, the eyes do not want to be closed. Finally Alura decided to move to the next room where she used to write.

Alura pulled one of the chairs chose to sit on the side of the window that displays the highway directly as well as some street lights that illuminate at the edge.

Alura left the window open enjoying the night breeze as her hands grabbed the musaf then started to read it with tartil and solemn.

Given how his kekehnya Aunt Mery wanted her marriage and Max made Alura have to be more convincing again to give an excuse unless the young man was Muslim.

Alura closed her eyes, the cold figure of Max reappeared. The young man was like something untouched because of the fortress he had built. The meeting was not the first time for the two of them, at least Alura had met him twice. It's just that Alura is quite surprised to see Max's condition now.

At first Aunt Mery thought Alura refused because of Max's flawed condition, but she did not.  He felt that, from the beginning, the reason was clear enough.

"Max, you have to convince him yourself!" Mery crossed her arms while looking at Max sharply

"Ma, isn't it very clear the girl's decision" Max said, trying to stay unaffected

"Come, Max! he didn't reject you completely, he just refused because of your different beliefs." Mery snorted, "and again, why should he be a Muslim. Makes things harder, "murried Mery.

"Alright, Ma. I don't want to force it. Take care of Mama's ambition." this time Max's voice was more firm. He hated the ambition of his mother who was infatuated with treasure.

"YOU!" For the sake of hearing that, Mery turned furious.

"This is how you repay what I've done to you, Max. Huh! You remember, if I hadn't adopted you back then, I think you'd be a jerk or die on the street by now!" Mery's sharp gaze seemed to be able to destroy Max right then and there.

Of course Max didn't forget the incident that night. The orphaned Max lives sedentary and on the move. Until the incident when he was in a high fever plus the rain fell heavily, there was no place that Max could go. Finally he just down the road, hoping someone who is kind enough to give a ride for him overnight goods. But no one cared about him, so Max almost fainted just as Mery's car passed by. Mery was the one who reached out to him. Providing a luxurious life, affection and education until he can get a higher education. This is what makes Max feel indebted and love the woman like his own parents.

"I remember, Ma." Max's tone dropped again

"It's good that you still remember. Anyway, I have to get a share. If not, you know what? the treasure will not be able to melt."

"How is it, Ma? It's obvious she's refusing."

"Basic, you're useless!" Mario who appeared suddenly immediately took a seat next to Mery.

"It is difficult to marry Alura, if necessary, you follow her beliefs," said Mario emphasized the word 'belief'

"It's not that easy" Max replied provoking Mario's emotions. From the beginning Mario disagreed with Mery adopting Max. He felt Max was his rival. Sure enough, Max is much more handsome, more mature, and his late Papa is also very fond of Max. Mario feels in the duakan number, even though he is their biological child.

"What's not easy? Cih, you useless handicapped man!"

"MARIO!" Mery pulled her son's arm rough.

"Take care of your mouth, Mr. Mario." Ray had just been silent to be a listener felt did not accept Mario demeaning his master.

"Hey, what's wrong. He's a cripple, useless, just a prick!" Ray, who could not stand it anymore, immediately grabbed the collar of Mario's shirt, his teeth cluttered with the anger that was ready to explode.

"Ray, stop!" Max moves his wheelchair and grabs Ray's hand.

"Get rid of that filthy hand of yours!" Mario was no less angry to see Ray dare to touch him.

"Yes, stop this. You made my head feel like it wanted to break," said Mery, lightly kneeling his head, "Max, if you want to repay my kindness, then, this is the time. I don't want to know, what I want, you're her husband. And you're Mario, stop messing around" said Mery, passing into his room.

Leave the three of them in the room. Max asks Ray to take him to his room.

"How, Master?" ray looked at Max.

After the dawn prayer Alura went down to the kitchen to help Bi Asih make breakfast. This is already routine for Alura to do, do not have the heart to see the twilight woman working alone. Aunty Mery called him again to meet. Alura wanted to refuse, but she did not have the heart. Aunt Mery is her family. He invited Aunt Mery to come to his house.

But Aunt Mery refused, asking Alura to come back to her house. Alright Alura agrees. Without buying time, after finishing helping Bi Asih, Alura prepared.

This is where he is now, in the living room of Bi Mery House, when he saw Bi Mery come out with Max, Alura felt dejavu.

Alura then stood up to welcome Aunt Mery's embrace.

"Sit down." after allowing Alura to sit down, Aunt Mery coded Ray to push Max's wheelchair closer.

"Alura, Max agreed to follow your beliefs, dear," said Aunt Mery more gently and sounded more gracious, "didn't that be so, Max?" Aunt Mery glanced at Max.

Max just nodded.

Alura suddenly stiffened in place. It was impossible for the man to change his mind overnight. This is not something that is messy and done by force.

"Auntie, I want to reassure you once again, is this purely from Max?" Now Alura's gaze was on the man in the wheelchair.

"Yes" he answered briefly

"Really?"

"Didn't you hear?"sela Aunt Mery.

"Yes, listen." Alura turned to Aunt Mery.

"Auntie, it's best that Max does this with a truly sincere intention, not just because of this marriage."

"Already, Alura. Why are you so chatty. You just heard Max's answer. So what else is the problem?" AuntieMery started showing a dislike face

"Auntie, give me time to think" Alura said at last. Not wanting to linger, Alura also chose to leave.

A week later Max officially became a convert after reciting the creed in the mosque Alura house area.

Mom and Dad knew Max. Since Max is basically a good man, they give his blessing for Alura's wedding to be held in two weeks.

Alura herself accepted with sincerity, she felt to Islam Max was enough to convince her heart. After going through several istikharahs, he felt more and more steady. When Alura asked an Ustazd to teach her about Islam, Max did not refuse either. That was enough for Alura.

Finally, the day that will arrive, in a luxurious building is being held Alura and Max wedding. Alura looks beautiful and nods with a dress and all-white veil. While Max looks fresher and neater than usual with a black tuxedo stellan. The female guest began to whisper at the condition of Max sitting in a wheelchair. Some looked with pity, some looked cynically, regretting that a girl as beautiful as Alura should marry such a disabled man.

Realizing that, made Max want to leave the place immediately. Max doesn't like crowds very much. What else is with his condition now. He glanced at Alura who was sitting beside him, the beautiful woman looked graceful, occasionally she looked smiling.

Realizing Max noticed her, Alura turned her gaze to Max who was now officially her husband.

"Are you tired, or want something?" ask Alura.

"Tired," Max replied briefly.

"Alright, Max. Let's just take a break. Don't push yourself." Alura stands grabbing Max's wheelchair.

"Let me alone! You don't have to follow my pity," Max said with a flat expression but his words just sounded cold and sharp.

"It's not so, Max. I.." unfinished Alura's sentence, Max cut it off by calling Ray who was sitting not far from them. Ray approached, understanding his master's wishes. He immediately pushed his wheelchair away from Alura with teary eyes.
