His name is Ringa
Stevi still pulled my hand. He didn't even know I hit someone for it. Until we got to the front of a class. A small board above the front door says I A.
"Wah.so gini the faces of smart kids. Many wear glasses... Ran, cheat me later if there is PR. Hehe." Stevi chuckled between her whispers in my ear.
"You wanna come in?"
"No ah! Fear of pinter!" he said as he left me.
I put my foot into class. A few eyes were on me. There are several groups of children, I'm sure they gather according to their respective Junior High.
Well, it's good, if you already have a known in this class. I still feel strange because I don't know anyone in this class. I see they're wearing nice shoes, nice bags, cool watches. Rich man! Innervates slowly. I just wear it potluck. But it's okay, I remember the message of father and mother.
"Don't mind the appearance of your friends later Nduk... So yourself. Unostentatious. Like Rani whose father and mother are proud of. No need to be insecure, if anyone uses a good motorbike, branded bags, well that's because they're a rich family. So, they can afford it. No need to be envious, be patient... The key is to study school."
Father's words resonated in my ears. Is correct. I don't need to be inferior. Enough to be Rani. Rani is always proud of her father and mother.
I walked slowly, looking around where there was an empty bench. Because some benches are filled with bags.
"Hey, which Junior High?" ask one of the crowd.
"Ehm... The SMP Pelita 02"
"Greetings, I'm Lisa from Pelita 01. Recognize the tenments of Pelita 01 all"
They shook my hands one by one while introducing their names. Lisa, Princess, Nava and Ela. Unlike I imagined, they were friendly. Maybe I'm the one who watches too many dramas about bad school kids. It only happens to be in the movies, brother! Haha, I laughed in my heart.
"My name is Rani"
"Rani??" they were surprised to say my name.
"Hey Rani's. This is your twin!" said one of them, and it was addressed to a girl in the back crowd.
They all turned to the source of the voice. And one of them stepped closer to us right at the end near the classroom entrance. His steps spell, without a doubt, he's a confident boy, I thought.
"Oh yeah... You too Rani?", said the girl as she extended her hand to shake my hand.
I received his hand with a pretty tight position.
If you think about beautiful girls? Well, she's probably the right person to be called a pretty girl. From top to bottom, his appearance was very neat. Pink watches adorn his hands. The skirt? A little shorter than the skirts of his friends. Or maybe because he is taller?
Yup, right! She was tall, slim, fair skinned, her hair straight and long. And you know, he's very fragrant! I wonder, does High School boy really have to be like this? Somehow amazed, whether it feels strange, but her pretty face I think polished with make up. Although it is still quite natural, I am sure he wears facial cream, as well as reddish pink liptint. And her lashes? Hm, he's wearing a mascara.
While me? Don't ask! I just wear a thin powder and a little lipbalm so that my lips do not dry.
"Hey... My name is also Rani. Rania Saputri" I said after being slightly amazed by the appearance of Rani in front of me.
"*It just so happens that our names are the same. I'm from Pelita 01. You?"
"Pelita 02*" I replied briefly.
Then someone named Lisa interceded with us, embracing our shoulders and saying, "Hey... Rani one and Rani two. Rani from SMP Pelita one, and Rani from SMP Pelita two." While looking at Rani and I in turn.
"Call me Rania." I said slowly.
"No ah... Asyik Rani one or two!" Lisa forced.
"If I were up to you, how nice. My name is clearly, Maharani! " strictly speaking.
Ah, Maharani huh? From the name alone it has been seen that he is probably more everything than me. Oh, Rani. Why should our names be the same? Why are we in a class?
"Hey, we're just a bench!" the word Maharani breaks my daydream.
"Hmm. I can, if you don't mind." I said.
"Put down your bag. That, next to the table that has a pink bag!" he said while pointing at the bench in the row number two from the front, fitting straight with the blackboard.
The right seat, I thought. Immediately I put my black backpack on the bench he meant.
"Rania, if you're not comfortable sitting next to Rani and want to move places, you're the same I'm not papa"
Suddenly someone named Nava approached me. He was a little smaller, a little shorter than me. His face was also small, his smile spread a bit wide. And intermittently, he fixed the location of his glasses. Maybe that's his trademark.
"My arm is there." Nava pointed at the bench that was straight with me, but was near the door.
I don't understand what that means. Why is he taking me to sit with him? The Maharani offered me to sit next to him. I feel bad for him if I suddenly switch places and sit next to Nava.
"Sorry Nava... I'm just here, yeah.." I answered slowly, offsetting his voice that was also soft.
I opened my backpack, and took a bottle. Feels dry my throat. I took it once, twice, and...
Uhuk! I choked along with the entrance of someone into the classroom. My mouth and chin are wet with water. I tried to wipe it with my hands.
And, our two eyes clashed. Oh, he was that beautiful-eyed guy. He smiled to see me. And I think he walked towards me. I looked to the left right, watching around. Is this guy really going to come up to me? Is it true that he smiled at me?
"Hey... Responsibilities. You hit me, right?"
Suddenly he was sitting in the chair right in front of me. His body was facing me, his hands were placed on the back of the chair.
"Halooo's... How bengong?" His hands were waving in front of my face. Saucy. Cute. Handsomest. All of those words suddenly appeared simultaneously in my mind.
"Oh. hi.." I finally made a sound.
"Thank God... You're my classmate. I was looking for you in another class. Uh, it turns out you're here."
"*Why looking for me? Oh... About earlier. I'm sorry, I actually accidentally bumped into you."
"You're sorry? Unwilling. Donk..hehe."
"What?"
"Name*..." He said while giving his cell phone. He smiled broadly. Showing her white teeth.
I received his phone, still confused by his behavior.
"Type your HP number. Okay. Trus your name."
I followed her directions, and returned the phone to her.
"Rania. As pretty as her face." He looked at me fixedly. His smile was back up. His eyes look bright when he smiles.
I'm down. Resist shame. Maybe, just this first time there are people who blatantly praise me. I don't know, maybe my face is red. I'm afraid, maybe someone heard her words.
Then I was shocked by the shakes from inside my bag. I'mlookingfor. There's a call coming in from an unknown number on my phone.
"Save yes... Ringga Saputra's. I'm sitting in front of you, right?"
"Yes.." I'm nodding.
I don't know what my face looks like right now, I really can't control my expression. So happy, I was afraid if my face did not smile, but even glared.
I still look at the screen on my phone. Ringa. I repeat his name. Why is he interested in me? I'm afraid, if I feel the GR-ness. Could it be that he had always been acting like this to other girls? Always nice? Always talk sweet?
And, suddenly a candy was placed on my desk. Ringga again. There were words written behind the candy wrapper. Hi Beautiful.
I'm melting again. I looked at his back from behind. Even from behind it looks good. I held the candy tightly. Clasped. I open it again to read it. Clasped. I open it again to read it. So repeatedly. Until a voice appeared to surprise me.
"Ringga, why sit here anyway? Get out there, all the way! Don't beat me up!" Maharani spoke half-stomped.
"Like me." replied Lingga.
"Ringga... Don't-don't you here because you want to deket the same Rani again. Trus, reverse it again, ahemmmm." said Lisa added. A few kids in the back.
Reversing it? The Ringga and Maharani?
The deg! Think what I am. Easily flowered in front of the Ringga. I didn't even know the two of them were dating. The Ringga and Maharani. Both handsome and beautiful. Judging from any angle, they were a suitable pair. And what am I? Just a little pebble on the side of the road.
Haha! Rania, Vanessa... I laugh at myself. I was almost fascinated with the Ringga. At the end of the day, I'm the only one with a heartache. Kuremas candy in my grasp. Resisting my shame and disappointment.
