If this was a drama, there might be thunderous lightning. These two men, like, had raised the war flag and were ready to attack whenever they wanted. Nope, no. I have to stop this.
The lingga was approaching, the atmosphere was silent. Somehow the Maharani and others, who are usually the noisiest, even now speak a thousand languages. Are they equally afraid of this kind of situation?
I stepped forward, and walked towards the direction of the Ringga. Before her mood gets worse, I have to neutralize it.
"Ringga .." I said when our distance may be only one step.
"Yes?" the answer. "What Ran?" continued again.
"Hm .." I confusedly looked for words to distract him.
"What?"
"I'm .." Just this time I'm having a hard time brainwinding. I beg my brain, please just this once give me one proper word to break this gripping atmosphere.
"Yes Ran?"
"I ... Hungry."
"Ha ha ha ha ha .." The laughter of the Ringga sounded very crisp. His eyes that formed the crescent moon looked so adorable. A pair of eyes that always make me miss.
I was ashamed of the words I said. Why can I say I am hungry at this moment. But thankfully, the word hunger is the key to attracting the mood of the Ringga today.
"Aw, ow!" he's holding his mouth.
"Why Not?" manyworry.
"My mouth hurts from laughing. Hehehe," but he's still smiling at me. Then suddenly his mischievous hand pointed to my nose, pinched it small, then spoke while slightly bending down to align his tall body to be the same as mine.
"Let's be taken to eat Simbok yes ..."
I just follow, nod, say the word. Then his hand took me, and walked towards the friends in the living room.
I felt a little awkward when Lingga held my hand like this. Especially in front of friends, who may not like our closeness. And also, to Kak Bintang who now began to shift his eyes. Why Sis?
"Friends, thank you for coming. I'm not papa. Let's go to the back garden, so we can relax." invite Ringga.
"Aseeeek... When else would you be messing around in a house this cool!" sahut Lisa's.
"Long time, we don't play here" said Loli.
"Last here fitting Ringga musih dating the same Ran .." Luna's words were cut off. But all of us here know, Maharani is what Luna meant.
"Well, why is it still being discussed again ... Love the monkey kids too, I've moved on to know! Also mentioned, still discussed. Was ah! Let us go back." said the Maharani as he stood up and passed, towards the park called Ringga, followed by friends.
"I went there first, yes" said Nava to me who was still standing sculpting.
Remaining me, Ringga, and Kak Bintang.
"Come Ran," Ringga pulled my hand that was still in his grasp.
"Neither ..."
"What's wrong?" he looked at me who was still standing on the spot, not budging even though he had invited me to the park following the other friends.
"Borner, would anyone talk to Lingga, right?"
"OK," replied the brief Star Brother, then walked closer towards us.
"Hm... You guys want to talk to each other? If so, I go there first." I asked.
"No need, you stay here aja Rania." prevent lingga still with his hands tightly, as if reluctant to stay away from me for a second.
"Okay" I replied slowly.
"What do you want to say about Star?" ask Ringga. Any anger, he still keeps his manners to always call Kak on his level brother.
"Okay Ringga's. About yesterday, I'm sorry that I suddenly shot Rania. I don't know if it turns out she's already the same as you." said Kak Bintang calmly, with a slight review of the smile on her lips.
"I'm sorry, too, for hitting you. I didn't expect my blow to be that bad. But, I won't apologize for liking Rania. If you tell me to stop liking Rania, I can't, and I don't want to." continued Kak Bintang, her face turned serious.
Likewise with Ringga, his face returned as when he first saw Kak Bintang coming. His palms were wet with sweat.
"I don't think there should be any reason to like someone. If I ask back, why do you like Rania? What did you answer?"
Linga silence.
"Yes, you don't have a reason, do you? Everyone has the right to like Rania, including me." said Kak Bintang while pulling my arm, until I jerked and fluttered towards him, the grip of Ringga's hand was accidentally released.
"Sister?" many wonder.
"But Rania is not a contestable item like this. It was Rania who would choose who she would accept in her heart. Isn't that Rania?"
I was confused as to what to answer. Then Kak Bintang pushed my body slowly, approaching to Lingga.
"I accepted your relationship, doesn't mean I stopped here. If Rania gets hurt, or a single tear she falls for you, I will go forward. But take it easy, I will not disturb your relationship. Okay!" the words of Kak Bintang ended the war that was quite difficult, then went so casually towards the back garden.
"Ringga .." call me. My body almost stuck to him. I pulled a little shirt, because I still didn't ignore my call.
"Ringa.." call me again, for some reason I suddenly put my face on his chest, I whine. I buried my face there, his heartbeat was clear, his rhythm was so fast, just like someone's heart after running a marathon.
Then he pulled my face with both hands. Both of his palms were still wet, hitting both of my cheeks. He looked at my face.
"What?" tanyanya slow.
"Don't be angry .." I replied, accompanied by a slight whimper.
"I'm not angry,"
"That was?"
"I'm, just scared."
"What's the fear of the Ringga?"
"Fear someone else likes you better than me. I don't want your heart to move to another."
I shook my head, "No lingga .." I said.
"Promise?"
I nodded, "Yes promise!"
Slowly, his smile began to unravel again.
This smile means so much to me. His smile was probably barely visible all day.
"Rania .." she called him half in a whisper, her hands still holding on to both of my cheeks. Not letting go like that.
"Yes?" I answered, then I grabbed her arm, and held her tight.
Slowly his face approached. Slowly, but surely. Somehow, slowly, my eyes also closed, following the rhythm. Lingga's kiss landed on my forehead. It felt warm and spread all over my body.
The first impression I felt. A heart that's so fast I can't stop. Happiness, affection, inseparable feeling, flowed into one in a sweet kiss on my forehead.
Lingga, am I now your girlfriend?
