Chapter 38

While Apsara is doing foot therapy in the hospital, Sanjaya suddenly invites her to meet her father. At first Apsara was surprised because she herself had decided not to mention her father Sanjaya. For fear it will open up Sanjaya's old wounds.

But Apsara was happy that Sanjaya had wanted to meet her father. That means that, in the depths of Sanjaya's heart, she still has affection for her father and wants to forgive her father and forget about their problems.

Sanjaya takes Apsara to an elite housing estate in Jakarta. Which in which the housing has the characteristic of the house of the owner classic Javanese style. Sanjaya stopped the car in the classic Javanese style house which in front of his house stood two statues holding a mace as a welcome statue.

"This is your father's house?" apsara asked as she looked at the house from inside the car.

"This is my father's house in Jakarta" Sanjaya replied.

"I like the design. Classic, ancient, but still elegant and luxurious" praised Apsara amazed.

Indeed, the Apsara family home is much more luxurious and large with a classic European style house that has high poles with luxurious ornaments. But still, Apsara can feel amazed only by a house that is only a quarter of his house but has a Javanese concept.

"Let's go down" asked Sanjaya to extend her hand.

Apsara grabs Sanjaya's hand and receives the wand from her lover. Since Apsara's leg state had improved, she didn't need a wheelchair. So from now on he uses a stick.

They walk into the house. Just arriving at the porch of the house, Edi, Vishnu's personal assistant, welcomed the two of them.

"Welcome Raden and Non Apsara" Edi said.

"Thank you, Mr. Edi" Sanjaya replied.

Edi took them into the house. He let them both sit in the living room.

"Tea or coffee?" ask Edi.

"Later, sir. I want to see you" Sanjaya said.

Edi was surprised by Sanjaya's words. He was silent for a while before finally coming to his senses with his own daydream.

"Kanjeng is in his study. Let me take you" take Edi so happy.

"Darling, you wait here first huh. Don't go anywhere, your legs still hurt" Sanjaya said as she stroked Apsara's face so gently.

"Yeah" Apsara replied.

"Santi Mbok!" call Edi to one of the servants in the house.

Before long came a middle-aged woman who was still wearing an ancient brown kebaya and rags.

"Nggeh, Mas Edi" said Santi.

"Please accompany, Non Apsara and fulfill all her needs" Edi ordered.

"Ready Mas" cried Santi while bowing respectfully.

Edi presents his hand as a sign to let Sanjaya walk first. Sanjaya steps towards the stairs followed by Edi. Apsara smiled at how excited her lover's face was when she was about to meet her father.

"Non Apsara want to drink or eat what?let me make it" Santi bargained.

"Bok, can I go around this house. I really like this house" Pinta Apsara.

"Can. Come, I help" asked Santi to lend a hand guiding Apsara to walk.

Apsara was invited to tour the entire area of the house which is very thick with various Javanese ornaments. In the backyard there are also various plants flowers, vegetables, and medicines.

Santi sat Apsara on the park bench, because he saw the beautiful woman looked tired of walking since.

"Non Apsara, I made you a drink first" said Santi.

Apsara nodded then said, "Thank you, Mbok."

Santi walked into the kitchen. He made mango juice and prepared some traditional cakes for Apsara. After all was ready, he brought a tray back to the park. Santi placed the tray on the table in front of Apsara.

"Monggoh, tasted Non" said Santi offered Apsara.

Apsara ate a snack that Santi gave her, "It's really delicious, Mbok," Apsara praised.

"This is Mas Sanjaya's favorite cake and his father" said Santi.

"Mbok Santi has been working with his father Sanjaya for a long time?" tanya Apsara was curious.

"Lumayan lama. Since Mas Sanjaya was five years old. At that time I was only 17 years old already wanted to become a courtier" explained Santi.

Apsara oh ria without making a sound because she was enjoying her food too much.

"Why are you still standing there? Come here Sanjaya" call Vishnu patting the sofa next to him.

Sanjaya walked over to her father and sat down next to him. A smile can not be separated from the face of Vishnu. He felt so happy that his son wanted to see him.

"Who are you here with?" vishnu.

"Sama Apsara's. After taking her to therapy I brought her here" Sanjaya said.

"Oh that girl" said Vishnu.

"How did you know him?" reply Sanjaya.

"He was in charge of the father's cooperation project with Wijaya Group" explained Vishnu.

"I think dad knows his parents" said Sanjaya.

"Who are his parents?" vishnu did not understand.

So the father does not know that Apsara is the son of Isyana Wijaya, inner Sanjaya.

"I haven't met her parents either. He said his parents were abroad" Sanjaya said.

"Oh so. So what do you want to talk to dad about?" vishnu toilet.

Sanjaya sighed for a moment, "I want to hear father's explanation of our family matters," Sanjaya said with a sad look.

"When I was told that your mother was having an affair, of course I didn't believe it. I know very well what your mother is like. But, father can not return to Jogja because the father must finish the affairs of the father in the Netherlands. Sanjaya hugged her father and cried, then said, "Dad, forgive me. I was too stubborn for not hearing Dad's explanation. Even I could leave the house because of my hatred for my father," Sanjaya said with regret.

"You're not wrong. Maybe if you don't leave the house, I won't have the courage to defy your brother's eyes" Vishnu stroked his son's face.

"I love you" said Sanjaya.

"Dad loves you more, son" said Vishnu.

Apasara was picking up a piece of cake from the plate, but suddenly Sanjaya came and snatched the cake from her hand.

"Sanjaya!" apsara shouted in surprise as well as annoyance.

Sanjaya only nonchalantly showed her rancid face and devoured the cake and sat down next to Apsara.

"Thank you" said Sanjaya embracing Apsara's shoulder.

"For what?" asked Apsara with a frown.

"Because it has been present in my life" Sanjaya said with sparkling eyes.

Sanjaya pulled Apsara's body into his arms. Gently stroked the woman's black hair.

"Sanjaya, telain dong. What if your dad sees? I'm ashamed of it" Apsara said in a slightly muffled voice as her face was held in a chest by Sanjaya's field.

"Indeed why? Are you afraid that we'll get married?" sanjaya Goda.

Apsara pinched Sanjaya's stomach, making Sanjaya forced to take off her arms. And complain of pain.

"Don't ngawur. Do you want to marry me?" reply Apsara.

"I should have asked. Is the daughter of the chief director of Wijaya Group willing to marry her own employees?" sanjaya.

"I'll think about it later" Apsara said as she giggled amusedly.

Vishnu who had been standing on the back porch of the house, looked at his son who seemed so happy with his lover. After a long time finally Vishnu can see the laughter off Sanjaya.

"Didn't that girl bring happiness to my son?" vishnu asked Edi who was standing next to him.

"Yes, Kanjeng. Raden Sanjaya seemed so happy with him" Edi replied with a smile.

"My son is a grown man now. And I've missed a lot of things about him. I don't want anything. I just want him to be happy" said Vishnu.
