Episode 61: Morning with Lanlan

Last night I was really sleepy so I could fall asleep soundly like never before. I opened my eyes and saw Lanlan's very handsome face, her face this morning was completely different from her cold and annoying face last night. In the corner of his right eye there was a thin tear on his skin, I rubbed the tear turned out to be a very deep tear. I tried to wake up from Lanlan's embrace but Lanlan hugged me tightly which made me unable to do anything.

"Good morning my husband.." I murmured softly, Lanlan opened her eyes and looked at me with her red eyes.

"Cie's worried hahaha!" my laughter was tight which made Lanlan's face flushed red. Lanlan immediately moved while wearing the face mask on her front desk. I pulled out Lanlan's clothes which let her loose and looked the same lash mark as me on Lanlan's back.

Seeing the lash marks made me remember a little boy who hugged me from behind trying to protect me, I remembered how the little boy's groaning while holding back his cry his embrace did not come off at all until my extended family left us both.

Given that it made me very sad, it turns out that Lanlan used to try to protect me until his back was also a lot of lash marks and in the corner of his right eye there was also a tear.

I got out of bed and picked up some bottles of wine and empty glasses on the table. I walked to the balcony and sat on the balcony chair drinking wine. Knowing Lanlan's sacrifice all this time even I'm not even a pekapun Lanlan still sacrifice for the sake of me really makes me very sad and feel guilty.

In the garden I saw some of my half-brothers who were playing, realizing I was observing them, they just lowered their bodies while smiling at me and I just fell silent and tried to smile.

"About what? Just read it.." I asked slowly.

"Good God don't care anymore dong!" gerutu Fiyoni leaned against the balcony railing.

"What are you here for?" asked Lanlan coldly.

"It's my house so whatever I want!" cold Grunt Fiyoni.

"This is my wife's house so what do I want!" muttered Lanlan following Fiyoni's words.

"God you're following me again." sighed Fiyoni patting his own forehead.

"I asked you..What are you doing here?" asked Lanlan coldly.

"We didn't make a fuss, brother." I muttered giving Fiyoni a scroll from Wan earlier.

"Yes but I refuse."

"Defuse to get that special assignment? Are you crazy Sani!" fiyoni's protest was upset.

"I'm tired, I need a vacation. If the higher-ups want to find other people, please go ahead too." I murmured slowly.
