The Primadona Malam

The Primadona Malam
The anger of Mr. Alfaruk

While from behind the half-open room door, Bella could only sigh when she heard Karen's promise.

Oh my God .. so holy that woman. It's almost half a century old, but why think you never use logic? How long will she hurt her feelings by loving a man who never loved her? bella closed the door to Karen's room.

A beautiful morning with the fresh air of the village, made Hanapi smile thinly to welcome him. Since the doctor declared his body healthy, Hanafi was more eager to welcome his day. It was like he was reborn into the world. With a stronger determination, Hanafi was always trying to do the doctor's advice to quickly recover as usual.

"Already, Dad. Don't get too shorn, it'll be soy." Halimah reminded her husband who had run small in the front yard of the house.

"Yes, Mom. One more round, yeah. Mumpung condition Dad again fit," replied Hanafi.

Halimah smiles. He returned to his morning activities by drying clothes. Since there was no Niram, he did his household chores alone.

After drying the clothes, Halimah returned to the kitchen. She prepared a glass of water that her husband must consume every morning.

"Drink first, Dad!" halimah called her husband.

Hanafi smiled. The middle-aged man also ran a little closer to his wife who had first sat on the terrace.

Hanafi grabbed the large glass that his wife had thrust. A split second later, he sipped the glass until the toilet.

"Ah, it feels so fresh" said Hanafi, putting his glass back into the tray.

Halima smiled at her husband's attitude. His face looks fresh, not pale as when doing road treatment. It seems, the recovery of the husband has reached 80 %.

"Oh yes, Mom. Did you ask Niram when he wanted to go home?" ask Hanafi.

"Yet, Dad. I have not had time to ask, afraid to interfere with Niram's work as well" said Halimah.

"Ah yes, Mother is right. We should ask Niram, when the schedule is off work. Let us know when we can call him casually. Dad misses him a lot, Mom," Hanafi said.

"Yes, Mom misses him too, Dad. I don't know when we'll meet him. It seems, he's been very busy" Halimah said.

"Actually, I'm curious about Niram's work, Mom. All this time, he's always sent us a lot of money. Hopefully, Niram does not fall into unwanted things" continued Hanafi.

"Hus, Dad! Don't digress ah, by the way. Niram we are good children. There's no way he's selling his services just for money" Halimah said.

"Yes, Mom. Dad believed that. Oh yes, Ma. Sometime, we go to town, yuk. To look at Niram" said Hanafi.

"May, but wait for Dad to recover completely, yes. After that, we plan to visit Niram in the city" concluded Halimah.

The chirping of small birds sounded like each other was unpretentious outside the window of Niram's nursery. Yura blinked her eyes after feeling someone's movement. Apparently, Niram had woken up and was being examined by one of the nurses.

"How's my friend doing, Sus?" ask Yura.

"Alhamdulillah, his blood pressure is normal. His pulse is also quite stable. Just recovery" said the nurse.

"When can I go home, Sus?" Niram asked.

"Later on, Ma'am. Waiting for a doctor visit first. If the doctor says Mbak is fine and lets Mbak go home, then Mbak can go home today as well. However, if the doctor says that he is still inpatient, then you must obey the doctor and stay here for another day or two" said the nurse.

Niram. For a moment, he glanced at the empty gurney that Alfaruk had occupied last night.

"Pa-patient there, w-are you allowed to go home?" niram asked the nurse.

"Yet, Ma'am. Mr. Alfaruk was only transferred to the VVIP room at the request of his family" the nurse replied.

"His family?" reset Niram.

"Yes, at dawn his wife came and asked us to move the patient" the nurse said.

"Alright, Nir. You don't have to worry about him. There are more obligatory and more entitled to take care of your friend," said Yura.

Niram.

Niram could only nod his head.

"Not to worry, Sus. I will watch over him to eat regularly" Yura promised.

"Ahahaha, thank you, Ma'am. Then, excuse me first," concluded the nurse.

The VVIP room.

Karen still faithfully awaits her husband who is still asleep. Though inwardly, Karen was worried about what would happen if her husband were awake. However, he had promised to always look after Brama.

"Excuse me, Mum. This is no cure for the master that is not available in this hospital. For this reason, we would like to ask the patient's family to find him" said the senior nurse.

Karen snorted in annoyance. "Aren't there any other nurses who could be asked to buy it out? You know, right, if I'm waiting for my husband" she said.

"Sorry, Mom. The nurses are doing their job. After all, it is not our obligation to buy medicines that are not available here. So please cooperate," said the senior nurse.

"God ... What kind of hospital is this," grumbled Karen as she moved from her seat.

After picking up a piece of paper containing a prescription drug for her husband, Karen leaves Brama, who is still closed.

A few hours have passed. The doctor's visit has already begun. Now, Niram is being examined by a doctor on duty this morning.

"How, Doc? Is she okay? Can you come home today?" scowl Yura to the doctor who just finished examining Niram.

"Thank God, he's fine, but I'm sorry. Her pregnancy condition is very difficult. Moreover, there are bruises around the uterine wall. Although the bleeding has stopped, we need to monitor the development of the fetus for the next few days. Once there is absolutely no problem, then I will allow the patient to go home" said the doctor who examined Niram.

Outside the room, a person's heart raced quickly to hear the news of the pregnancy of the patient who was lying in the hospital room. As fast as lightning, Alfaruk opened the door of Niram's ward.

"Are you pregnant?" alfaruk asked, looking intently at the woman.

Niram. He was confused as to what to answer.

Alfaruk turned his eyes to the doctor. "Is it true, she's pregnant?" tanyakanya.

"Yes, Sir. Currently, her gestational age is entering the second trimester" replied the doctor.

"How many months?" Alfaruk asked again.

"If viewed from the results of the USG, about four, towards five months," replied the doctor.

Alfaruk's eyeballs are perfectly rounded hearing the doctor's description.

"You may go now" he told the doctor.

"I'm sorry" the doctor replied, coming out of Niram's nursery.

Alfaruk stared intently at his dark lover. His face looks red. Both of his jaws hardened as they held back the anger.

"Basic traitor! You were pregnant with someone else's child while with me. Really cheap!" yell Alfaruk, wrath.

"I-I'm sorry, Mom. I-I don't know if I'm pregnant" Niram said.

"Enough, Niram! You liar! I'll never be in touch with a liar like you again. I won't!" yelled Alfaruk who went straight out of the room.

"Wait, Mom! Give me a chance to explain!" niram shouted straight out of bed to chase after Alfaruk.

However, Alfaruk even accelerated his footsteps. She looks very angry after hearing the news of her little woman's pregnancy. Alfaruk feels like he is being betrayed. Niram's call in the doorway, he didn't listen.
