The Primadona Malam
Halim's Return

On the way home, Halim smiled happily. How not, in the last test full of obstacles, Halim almost lost the opportunity to finish it. However, the support of Sugistiawan, made Halim refocused and could answer those questions easily.

"Thank you, Bang. Hopefully we can still be happy even though we are busy with our respective jobs" murmured Halim.

When looking at the line of fruit kiosks, Halim also pulled his second wheeled vehicle. After parking the old motorbike in a safe place, Halim began to walk down the fruit stall to look for Rayyan's favorite buak.

"Ah, that's it!" exclaimed Halim when he saw a pile of pears that were so fresh. Halim then approached the fruit stall.

"How many, ma'am?" halim asked the fruit seller.

"That's pear import, Bang. At least 50 thousand," said the merchant.

"Wow, Mom. Today gini is still imported, is not the local product better, hehehe,." joked Halim.

"Hhh, instead of not loving local products, Bang. Local products are hard to find. Understandably, the local farmers are getting less and less in our country," said the mother of the trader chimed in Halim's remarks.

Halim only smiled faintly at the merchant's words. Whether it was the truth or just the merchant's excuse, Halim did not want to comment any further.

"Yes already, Mom. I bought two kilos" continued Halim.

"Good, Bang."

Deftly, the mother who was about 35 years old began to choose fresh pears.

Natasha got up from the chair to welcome Ahsan. For some reason, the sudden arrival of Ahsan made his heart flowery. I don't know why. However, Natasya felt happy if Ahsan attached importance to her request.

"Sorry, Yes. The road was quite jammed, because it was a late cave," Ahsan said as soon as he arrived at the veranda of Lila's house.

"Yes, San. Not a pa-pa. Let's go in first, yuk! Oma ngajakin we have lunch first before going home," asked Natasya as she reached for Ahsan's hand.

The thin-faced young man smiled. "Byeah, it just so happens that the cave is hungry again, too" he said.

The two couples who look suitable even, join hands to enter Lila's house. Arriving at the dining room, it appeared that the old woman was setting the dining table. Natasya sped up her steps to help the grandmother prepare lunch.

"Eh, there's Nak Ahsan, sit down!" lila said when she found out her granddaughter had come to bring a friend.

"Hmm, it smells like Oma. Cook what?" ahsan asked as he pulled the chair and sat down.

"This is fried chicken, the same vegetable soup, parchment" replied Lila.

"Well, the menu is complete .. make the stomach scream," joked Ahsan as he stroked his stomach.

"You could have, Mom," Lila said. "Come, Shay .. get me a plate for Nak Ahsan!" lila's orders to her granddaughter.

"Okay, Oma," replied Natasha.

The girl in the body of a model photo tub walked up to the plate rack. Shortly after, Natasya approached her best friend's seat. He also handed the empty plate to Ahsan.

"This is the plate, San!" natasya.

"Ah yes ..thank you beautiful," replied Ahsan who shortly afterwards, he began to spoon the rice that was in the basket.

"Have not daydreamed, Sya," said Lila, "let's go eat Nak Ahsan!" her word.

"Okay, Oma," replied Natasha.

Natasya also pulled a chair beside her best friend. He began to sit down and scoop up the rice and also the side dishes that Lila had provided. Shortly afterward, the clink of spoons and forks accompanied the lunch of the two friends of different types.

There was no conversation between them. Only occasionally, they throw each other a smile while chewing their food.

Halim returned to his vehicle after getting a hand for the family. His son loved pears so much, and Halim wanted to give a little surprise to his son with them.

Halim did not know whether Niram would like the souvenirs he brought or not. However, one thing is certain Halim knows, Niram never refused any hand that Halim brought.

Like it or not, the hijab girl must have accepted it, because Niram is the type of child who knows how to appreciate the gifts of others.

Still with his smile widened, Halim's motorbike began to turn towards the alley of his rented house. Arriving in front of the house, Halim turned off the motor and led him to the terrace. After the bike he stood up, Halim then knocked on the door of the house.

There is no law from inside the house. Though Halim repeatedly knocked on her door. But still no one opened the door. tired of waiting, Halim finally walked closer to the chair.

While waiting for the house to open the door, Halim then sat on a plastic chair on the terrace. For a moment, he leaned back his body and raised his face. His eyes closed, feeling very tired. Until finally, drowsiness began to attack Halim to fall asleep.

A few minutes had passed, the roar of a motorbike was heard which then stopped right in front of his house. Halim also blinked her eyes. A second later, he looked up. His forehead creased when he saw the motorbike his wife was driving.

"Father!"

Rayyan's screams pulled Halim away from her daydream. A moment later, Halim got up from the seat. Seeing Imas having trouble standardizing his bike, Halim approached to help him.

Brugh!

Rayyan threw herself into Halim's arms as soon as she saw her father had finished starting the bike. Halim immediately carried her eldest son.

"Rayyan is happy to have Papa back home" Rayyan said, smiling at Halim's cheeks.

"Not only Rayyan, Papa also likes because Papa can go home soon. Uuh, Papa really miss Bang Rayyan," said Halim, returning his son's kiss.

"Yes, we're in. Talk at home, it's hot here" said Imas, inviting his two heroes to enter the house.

Halim dropped Rayyan from her lap. He then clasped his son's hand and walked hand in hand into their home.

"Eh, wait for Bang" said Halim as he approached the plastic chair. Halim then snatched the plastic package she had brought earlier. "Well, this is for Brother" he added while giving the package to his son.

"Well, what is this, Pa?" rayyan asked, rounding her eyes.

"Later you can open it when you enter the house. Don't forget, for the two same brother Niram, yes," Halim's message, reminding his son to always share.

"But Brother Niram, 'is not living here, '" Rayyan said.

Halim surprised. Instantly he looked at his son. While Imas who accidentally heard the conversation of his son and husband, suddenly trembled. Both knees felt weak. He hastened his steps into the room.

"Ish, I have to do something."
