CHAPTER 26 (Peace)

After that night, almost every morning Angkasa came and had breakfast at the Nirmala bakery then left before the store came back crowded.

The day changed Angkasa continued to come and behave like a regular customer as well as Nirmala who serves Angkasa just like other customers.

Although there is a sense of tightness in their chest, they both choose to be quiet without bringing up anything. whether it happens in the past or what they are actually doing at this time.

Until one morning Nirmala came to wait for the sunrise in the park where she used to meet Angkasa.

and just like previous coincidences the Space also happened to come to see the sunrise that morning.

Angkasa was stunned for a moment to see who was sitting under the tree, but he then continued his steps and sat down where he sat as usual.

Nirmala was also a little shocked to see who had just sat next to her.

"i woke up early this morning and decided to come here before going to the store"

Angkasa turned to Nirmala a little surprised Nirmala invited him to talk as usual, unlike what Nirmala has been doing lately.

"I couldn't sleep and drive all night. I suddenly thought maybe the morning sun would look pretty and decided to come here"

Nirmala slightly frowned hearing the words that Angkasa had not slept all night, but she undoed her intention to ask.

"in the end we always come to the same place if something gnaws at our mind" Nirmala continued.

"why don't you get mad at me now"

now Angkasa and Nirmala stared at each other, before Nirmala turned away from Space's gaze and replied.

"i'm not angry.I just don't know how to behave these days"

Angkasa only sighed harshly hearing Nirmala's explanation.

"and pretending not to know each other is exhausting enough apparently"

Nirmala slightly laughed as if laughing at herself after saying that.

"so I decided to behave the same as before we expressed our own feelings" Nirmala continued later.

Space only stared at Nirmala after that. Nirmala did not understand Space's gaze at the time but she smiled back at Space's gaze.

"oh.hm.I don't think that's a bad idea.I'm tired of the cold war the last few days"

Nirmala chuckled at Angkasa's response. Right. The cold war between them has been quite tiring lately.it's time for them to reconcile.

"look at it so beautiful" Nirmala slightly shouted with a smile looking up at the sunrise.

unknowingly Angkasa just stared at Nirmala who looked so happy to see the sunrise.

"really.beautiful" she murmured.

"hm I think I'll come here often early in the morning" Nirmala murmured.

Space frowned hearing that.

"it seems you don't know but the real danger came here early in the morning" Angkasa explained as he snapped Nirmala's head.

"awwwww" Nirmala who from earlier focused on staring at the sunrise turned sharply to look at the sky.

"sakiiiiiiiiiett" he cried out to Space.

"ow sorry" Angkasa smiled clumsily as he realized he had just nocked Nirmala.

"do you want to feel it too?" Nirmala is now standing up and preparing to catch Angkasa.

"no.no..." Space also stood up making Nirmala unable to reach the head of Space.

"try if you can" now Angkasa stuck his tongue out at Nirmala and then ran away from Nirmala who was chasing after him.

Nirmala continued to chase after Angkasa while preparing her hand to pinch Angkasa.

without them both realizing they were laughing off that morning, without them realizing they were so happy that morning, that anyone who saw the scene that morning would have thought that they must be a couple.
