Driyitts....Driyit...
Nirmala's phone rang and she immediately picked it up and saw who was contacting her.
AUNTIES
Nirmala frowned looking at the name on the phone call.
"Hello good night aunt..." Nirmala said after raising the call.
"Halo Nirmala good night.you and Dirga how are you?" aunt Nirmala's voice is across there.
"well aunt.aunts and uncles themselves how are you?"
"hm we're fine"
"thank goodness aunt"
After quite a lot of pleasantries Aunt Nirmala who did not call often then said that she and her husband were waiting for Nirmala in the village.
"there are important things that uncle and aunt want to talk about" Bibi explained to Nirmala
"good aunt" Nirmala replied before the call was interrupted.
Now Nirmala and Dirgantara close the store together and then paste the paper saying that their store is closed for the next few days.
Nirmala and Dirgantara plan to stay at their aunt's house for about a week because they have not returned home long enough.
Along the way to their parents' second hometown by train, Dirgantara continued to pay attention to his brother who looked moody as usual.
"sister did something happen?" asked Dirga then because he could not bear to see his brother moody.
"hm not. everything is fine" replied Nirmala then smiling at her sister.
"hm well" Dirgantara understood that his brother was not wanting to talk about anything that had happened so he chose silence.
After taking the train for almost 2 hours then taking the bus for 3 hours finally Nirmala and Dirgantara arrived at the home of his aunt and uncle.
"My arms have come" greeted aunt hugging Dirgantara and Nirmala alternately.
"Come in" greeted uncle and helped bring Nirmala's suitcase.
Finished dinner Nirmala and Dirga then went into the room provided by each and rested.
Nirmala lay on the bed and exhaled a rough breath.
In the morning, Nirmala helps her aunt finish breakfast after the breakfast is ready the four of them have breakfast together.
Nirmala looked at Dirgantara hearing her aunt's words. While Dirgantara just silently lowered his head.
"we've been better since a year ago auntie but, me and Dirgantara are too busy to visit here"
"it must have been very heavy.you guys have been through it well" uncle chimed in on their conversation.
Nirmala fell silent and lowered her head to hear the words of her uncle. It flashed in her head how she and her sister went through difficult times after the departure of their parents.
Nirmala felt claustrophobic remembering the time but was as strong as she could to hold back her tears from coming out.
"You've grown up so well" Now aunt's stroking Nirmala's back.
Nirmala took a rough breath trying to stem the pain of her heart remembering her most difficult times.
"Auntie actually wanted to tell you after you stayed here for a few days but auntie is afraid you're confused if you happen to meet Raihan or his family"
Nirmala frowned and stopped looking down.this time she and Dirgantara looked at each other. Nirmala and Dirgantara were silent waiting for the continuation of his aunt's words.
"Raihan proposed to you a few days ago, so your aunt asked you to come here"
Nirmala was stunned to hear her aunt's submission.
deg...
Someone proposed to her and that person was Raihan. Although Nirmala knew Raihan had liked her for a long time, Nirmala did not expect that Raihan would suddenly propose to her through her aunt.
"uncle and aunt hope you think about it well, as you know Raihan is a good boy"
Nirmala looked down and closed her eyes. This information too suddenly made Nirmala not know what to do.
Nirmala did nothing all day.The plan to travel around the village with Dirgantara was canceled because of the information she had just obtained from her aunt and uncle.
Now Nirmala and Dirgantara were sitting on the bench in the yard of his aunt's house looking at the stars in the sky.
"i think aunt called us here to tell you about it"
Nirmala took a rough breath hearing the words of Dirgantara.
"I think this should be happy news but somehow I don't feel anything" Nirmala replied while still staring at the sky.
