Anxious faces were seen from some of the people sitting in front of the operating room. Jo hugged the body of Mila who was so limp from crying too much, while Rayhan hugged the body of Cacha tightly. After almost two hours of waiting, the operation was finally completed. They immediately approached the doctor who came out of the room.

"How's my son doing, Doc?" jo asked impatiently.

"I've managed to take a bullet that almost hit his heart. However, you have to be patient because Mr. Nathan is now in a coma" the doctor said.

"Mas" said Mila. She hugged her husband and cried there. "I'm scared, Mom."

"Calm down, Mil. I'm sure Nathan's gonna wake up and get well soon. Didn't you know that our son is a strong child" said Jo trying to calm Mila, although in her heart, she was very anxious at the moment. The doctor said goodbye because there was still work to be done.

Cacha who was also crying in Rayhan's arms, suddenly took off the hug and looked hatefully at Nadira and her family who were walking over.

"I hate you, Nad!" cacha said loudly. "Because of you, Nathan's brother was hurt. Satisfied you!" Cacha pointed at Nadira's face with eyes filled with anger.
