Alvino sat leaning back in his great chair. Some days he feels so unsettled when leaving his wife at home with Felisa even though there are still some other servants. He had a bad premonition whenever he saw Felisa's movements. However, when she was about to return Felisa to the Alexander Mansion, Rania always rejected her and said that only Felisa was close to her. Finally, Alvino chose to secretly watch.

"Sir, why are you daydreaming?" Kenan roused Alvino from his daydream.

"Ken, I'm not daydreaming. I was just thinking about my wife. Every time I go to work, I never relax leaving my wife with Felisa" Alvino said. He massaged his temple slowly.

"How's the information you got from Mike? Didn't you also tell Mike's men to take care of your wife?"

"Mike hasn't gotten very detailed information yet. Oh yeah, when's Miss Katty's birthday?" Alvino tried to distract him.

"Tomorrow at night, sir. Are you coming?" ask Kenan to investigate.

"We'll see tomorrow, Ken. Looks like I'm coming, you'll know Miss Katty is one of our best coworkers" Alvino said. Kenan stared fixedly at Alvino who looked worried. Just as he was about to ask again, Alvino's phone suddenly rang.

"Hallo, Mom ... what?!" Alvino stood up from his seat with a worried-looking face. "Alright, Al get there now!"

"What's up, Mister?" kenan asked curiously when he saw Alvino's face that looked so anxious.

"We're going to the hospital, Ken. Rania passed out and is now there." Alvino hurriedly walked out of his room followed by Kenan walking behind him. After getting into the car, Kenan immediately drove his car fast. He repeatedly glanced at Alvino who rubbed his face violently.

Arriving at the hospital, Alvino immediately ran to the VVIP room where Rania was treated, even he left Kenan just like that.

"Darling!" get Alvino. He rushed to Rania's bed and buried a kiss on her sleeping wife's forehead. So worried, he did not say hello to his parents who were sitting on the sofa.

"Sir Al." Rania was surprised when she opened her eyes she saw Alvino who was sitting anxiously beside her.

"How did you pass out, honey?" ask Alvino. He gently rubbed Rania's cheeks and stared fixedly at the face that looked so pale.

"You take it easy, Al. Rania is fine." Alvino turned his head, he saw Davin and Aluna who were walking over to him. Along with Kenan who entered the room.

"Mommy, Daddy. I forgot about you" said Alvino. Both of his parents responded with smiles.

"I mean ... Rania is pregnant?" ask Alvino in disbelief. Aluna nodded slowly accompanied by a knotty smile. Alvino's face immediately sparkled happily. He showered all over Rania's face with many kisses.

"I'm so happy, honey. Finally our desire to have a baby will soon be realized." Rania smiled looking at her husband who looked so happy. She did not expect that Alvino would be this happy to hear about her pregnancy.

"I'm happy too, brother." Rania rubbed her husband's face gently. He stared intently at the two eyes of the man who was very valuable to him.

"Don't forget to always take care of your health and our future baby, dear." Alvino kissed Rania's flat stomach. "Why hasn't your stomach bulged yet?" alvino asked as she gently rubbed Rania's stomach.

Davin and Aluna who had been staring at Haru had now shook their heads in disbelief at Alvino's question. "Al, Rania's pregnancy is only seven weeks. So, her stomach hasn't grown yet" explained Aluna. Alvino nodded in understanding.

"Al, take good care of your wife. Pregnant women are usually very sensitive. Hopefully, Rania does not experience morning sickness or severe cravings" Davin said. He smiled as he recalled his former troubled self facing the cravings of Aluna.

"Of course, Dad. Honey, did you call papa?" ask Alvino.

"Here, papa will be here later in the afternoon because now he is still busy. Brother, how's your job?" ask Rania.

"I'm not busy. I want to accompany you here." Alvino climbed onto the bed and laid down his body next to his wife. Davin, Aluna and Kenan immediately walked out of the room and let the couple enjoy their happiness.

"Darling, don't you want anything?" ask Alvino. He rubbed his wife's stomach gently again.

"Sister, actually I want something" said Rania hesitantly.

"Say, Honey. Don't let our children wander later because of cravings that are not obeyed." Alvino again landed a kiss on Rania's cheek. Really, he was feeling very happy at the moment.

"Sister, I want to ...." Rania fell silent. He was really hesitant to say it. But he also wanted it very much.

"Tell me, honey," said Alvino impatiently.

"I want to ...." Both of Alvino's eyebrows were raised as he looked at Rania who looked wrong. "I want to fuck here now." Rania turned her face away which was already like a boiled crab. I swear by anything, he's so embarrassed right now. Alvino gawked at Rania's request, but a happy smile re-emerged on her face.
