Alvino sat next to his wife who was still lying weakly. He stared at his wife's face that looked so pale. His tears flowed again as he looked at the face of the person he loved.

"Wake, sweetheart. I miss your smile" Alvino said softly. He kissed his wife's forehead for a very long time. Channeling all the feelings that felt turbulent in his heart. The pain of losing their future baby and the wife who had not been aware made Alvino's heart feel like it was torn apart.

"Don't you love me anymore, honey? Don't you feel sorry for me?" Alvino clasped Rania's hand. His heart really hurts now. Nearly two days later, Rania was unconscious after bleeding. Alvino did not leave his wife.

"If you don't want to wake up. Let me follow you and catch up with our son. I would never be able to live without you." Alvino has resigned. These two days his mind felt so tormented.

"Wake, sweetheart. Al is gone. Mommy knows you're conscious." Both of Rania's eyes opened slowly and Aluna could see the look of Rania's eyes that looked so hurt.

"Why are you pretending to sleep in front of your husband?" ask Aluna. He smiled faintly, while rubbing Rania's face that still looked pale.

"Mom ... Rania couldn't see Kak Al's face. Rania is stupid for not being able to take care of our future baby" replied Rania. His face looked so sad, Aluna who saw it became unbearable.

"But if you keep pretending like this. You're hurting Al even more." Aluna tried to advise.

"I'm sorry Rania—"

"Darling, are you conscious?" Alvino looks so crisp. He walked up to his wife and kissed her forehead for a long time. "I miss your pretty eyeballs so much."

Rania just kept quiet, she did not put on the slightest smile making Alvino frown. Aluna got up and bailed out of the room. Let them talk to each other.

"Darling, why do you look so unhappy?" ask Alvino wonder. She sits next to Rania, but Rania turns her face away.

"Go Brother. I don't deserve you. I was too careless, to not be able to take good care of our child candidate" said Rania. The smile on Alvino's face faded away instantly. He held his wife's face and pointed it out.

"Why are you talking like this? You don't love me anymore?" alvino asked, he looked at Rania who looked so sad.

"I love you very much, Brother." Rania took a long breath. "But I've let you down for not being able to take good care of our son."

Alvino did not reply, he climbed onto the bed and hugged his wife's body very tightly. "You know, just being able to have you is already an incredible happiness for me. It's not your fault, it's me who started this whole thing." Alvino hugged his wife's body tightly, while Rania was silent.

"If I hadn't insulted Katty in the past, she wouldn't have taken revenge on me and none of this would have happened. As for children, we don't still have a lot of time, we can still print a lot of children. For me .. You are still by my side already making my happiness so perfect."
