Alvino stared fixedly at Rania's face that looked so pale, her palm touching Rania's forehead gently. He felt Rania's forehead that felt hot even to the point of making her palm become very warm.

"Hurry to heal," muttered Alvino while rubbing Rania's cheek gently. Mr. Sandi and Ana just quietly sat on the sofa while staring at the two of them.

After a while, Alvino's smile expanded when he saw Rania twitching her eyes to adjust the light in the room.

"Oh my God, I thought I had woken up but it turned out I was still a dream," Rania muttered as she looked at Alvino's face fixedly and subconsciously rubbed Alvino's cheek gently. "andle, Al. "I'm not a dream, Ran. I'm real!" Alvino drew a smile on the corner of her lips as she looked at Rania's nervous face.

"You're real? You really Alvino?" Rania is still trying to make sure.

"Yes, I'm Alvino Alexander's son." Alvino's voice sounded very firm making Rania painstakingly swallow her saliva.

"Sorry sir, I thought I was dreaming." Rania turned her gaze away from Alvino.

"It's okay, you look adorable when you're like this," Alvino praised until he subconsciously made Rania's face red.

"Sorry sir, can you please step away from me a little bit? I'm afraid I can't control my feelings." Rania looks very evasive to Alvino.

"Why?"

"No papa, sir." Rania's voice sounded so soft that it was barely even heard.

"Tell me all your feelings to be honest, Ran."

"Ran, don't be like that." Mr. Sandi who had been silent now stepped his feet closer to the gurney.

"Papa's here? Where's Ana's sister?" rania asked as her papa was already standing next to her.

"I'm here, Ran." Ana got up and walked over to Rania's gurney.

"Sister, Rania asked ...."

"Sister who apologizes to you because Brother has been very bad to you. Brother is so guilty of you, Ran." Ana lowered her head, she felt very sorry for everything she had planned or done.

"I'm sorry, excuse me first" said Alvino, he got up from his sitting position.

"Hallo Mom," Alvino said as she walked away from the gurney, Rania only remained silent as she stared at Alvino's departure from her room.

"Ran, focus on your recovery first, in addition to your health we will solve everything later when you have completely recovered," said Mr. Sandi, he looked at Rania who was nodding slowly with a face that looked sad.
