The Painful Love Story

The Painful Love Story
Let's Divorce

"Divorce?!"

"Yes. Divorce!"

"But why? Did I make a mistake?"

Clearly Ellina flinched in shock upon hearing Zean's request.

The man who had just become her husband one day suddenly said he wanted to divorce her after she gave birth.

Making him instantly think what exactly was the fatal mistake he had made?

"No, you didn't do anything wrong." Zean replied calmly.

"Then?!"

Zean took a deep breath and then exhaled slowly.

"Listen to this carefully Ellina. You remember I never said that I didn't want the child to be born without a father?"

Ellina nodded slowly.

"Actually that's not the only reason. There's another reason I haven't told you yet." continued Zean.

"What's the other reason?" ask Ellina. His face looks curious. Obviously his feelings turned suddenly unpleasant.

Zean looked at Ellina fixedly. Still with the position of both hands on the table and interlocked.

"I just don't want you to bear the shame of getting pregnant out of wedlock and without a husband."

Deg

Ellina was instantly stuck. So that's just Zean's responsibility to her? Marry her just to cover up her disgrace and then throw her and their child away?

Isn't that outrageous?

"You mean you're pitying me?" ask Ellina lirih.

"Please say so!" zean answered with no feeling.

Again Ellina had to swallow a bitter pill. But he tried hard. Obviously he couldn't demand more on Zean.

Their marriage took place without love. It all started with mistakes and compelling circumstances. And Ellina should be able to understand that.

At once Ellina closed her eyes trying to catch her breath as best as possible because it felt so tight at the moment.

Then Ellina looked back at Zean while trying to smile as if it was not a problem for her.

"All right, I understand your reasons. Let's get divorced after I give birth. I will take this child with me as far away from your life as possible so that we don't interfere with each other" Ellina said in the end she could only resign.

"No! You will not take the child with you because after you give birth I will take the child with me!"

"You mean?!"

Clearly Ellina looked surprised at Zean's words.

"You're taking this kid?!" asked Ellina again holding her flat stomach.

"Yes, I'll take the boy with me! For that I offer you a deal. I'll give you some money as compensation, it's up to you to see how clear we're getting a divorce and let me take it!" answer Zean quickly.

Ellina looked dumbfounded. He did not think that Zean could get such a crazy idea. Separating the child from his mother.

Of course Ellina disagreed. Instantly his anger was stirred.

"Do you think I'm insane?! Until I have to exchange my flesh for money?! I'm sorry, dear Mr. Zean to death, I will never do such a thing!"

"If you want a divorce let's get a divorce! But this child will stay with me because I am his mother and I gave birth to him! I won't trade it for anything!" ellina said so excitedly.

The Zean jaw hardens. He thought since when Ellina dared to fight him.

Even the girl was so outspoken in rejecting the deal she offered.

"You have no right to reject Ellina! That kid is my son too! My flesh-blood! After we get divorced you can marry another man you love and have many children with! Why take my son with you? Not necessarily you are able to live it properly!" zean sarkas.

Jlebb

Like an arrow that hit the target instantly Zean's words immediately stuck right in Ellina's heart.

Ellina smiled bitterly without being able to hold back her tears.

"Rather than giving me advice to marry another man, why don't you just use your own advice?! You can marry the girl you love and have a lot of kids with her, right? Why bother taking mine?!" reply Ellina.

He moved from his seat while glaring sharply at Zean.

"Until death I'll never trade this kid for anything!"

Ellina then turned around to leave the dining room, but suddenly...

"Akkh!"

The girl grimaced while holding her stomach.

"ELLINA!" shout Zean. He also ran to his wife who was in pain.
