Delia looked at the window glass in the car. The rain fell as hard as his heart felt now. His life now turned one hundred and eighty degrees. His gaze was faint because his fate was not necessarily direction.
A hand gripped tightly as if strengthening itself. Turn his head for the sake of respect for the figure beside him. A speck of forced smile also rose on her sweet face.
That sweet face tried to close his eyes. Hoping when you open your eyes only joy can be as before.
"Del." the soft greeting sound was getting closer.
"Where are we going, ma?" ask Delia.
"To my house" said the voice of a man controlling the speed of the car.
"But-" Delia was still trying to turn her face towards the street. Some children were looking for rain. Dressing in school uniform. Rain to get to their homes.
Delia just looked down weakly. His eyes looked at the figure of the man who was currently carrying the control of the car. The man who never imagined would be his priest in a few days. He felt ashamed, because of his hatred for the man, his disappointment at not being able to get Arjuna.
"Even Sister Juna wasn't angry when I tried to be honest about my pregnancy. Is it because he doesn't love me anymore? but she never loved me, she loved what Dira did from behind the scenes. It's just that she knew it was me who had done it all along." Delia lamented inwardly.
She has also loved Arjuna since Junior High. However, that love is eroded by time since the events of her one night with Rian. It's not that he's in love with Rian. But he was no longer confident in proving that love existed. Again because of the encouragement of his papa that makes him keep Arjuna. Delia knew as smart as possible that jumping spills would inevitably fall as well. Had he hidden all of this would have been discovered as well. As much as he hid that he used Dira who loved Arjuna since childhood was finally found out. In the end, it's too late. There was nothing left, even he was sure that he would not get any forgiveness from the people he hurt.
The car eventually anchored the journey in a terraced house. For a moment the driver looked at him. The smile made the man even more handsome. Delia looked down for a moment. He felt strange with his heartbeat. Occasionally trying to dampen what felt roiling in his chest.
No, Del. It is not this love only his admiration for being kind enough to give you a ride.
The car went into the garage along with the passengers. The sound of a horn indicates that they have reached home. Andre came out to help Rian get the goods out. Delia looked at Andre with a guilty feeling. Yesterday he tried to humiliate Dira underarms knowing Andre to be the driver. But it was not Dira who was embarrassed but Vira who broke down to campus. That he knew from his relatives who one campus with Vira.
"Del," the hand greeted him.
Delia and Yasmin enter the home of the Anca. Rian led Delia who had not been running smoothly. His head just kept his head down, Rian was indeed leading him but the man remained cold to him. Delia realizes that Rian did not accept it out of love.
But just pity him. He chose to go with the silence.
"Jeng Yasmin" said a woman as she held a child.
Yasmin looked at the hostess. His head lowered while ashamed of the owner of the house.
"Jeng Arumi, forgive me." replied weak Yasmin.
"Why?" ask Arumi.
"I'm sorry I couldn't educate my son so that it's tearing your family apart."
"Nobody smears, jeng. Everything that happened is not to be remembered. Here my husband and I open a new page with your daughter and our grandson, Roger Snowden" replied Arumi kindly.
"So this is my grandson" Yasmin tried to hold Roger but the boy refused. Maybe because he feels alien to others.
"When Roger first came here he was also reluctant to be with us. It seems he did not easily get along with others. But over time he can adjust to us. It takes patience to face a kid like Roger."
Yasmin was amazed by Arumi's words. How proud she would be if Delia had a husband like Rian and in-laws like Arumi. Different with his mother Arjuna who impressed matre. Especially after knowing his daughter was decided for the sake of other women. Arumi's family has entered the complete package in his eyes.
"Sir Andre don't weigh too much" said Rian.
"That's okay, Den. It's my job like this." replied Andre.
"But you just finished donating, Lo." Rian tried to remind me.
"Sir Andre I command you to rest. Don't argue too much if you don't want to cut his salary" said Anca.
Andre felt afraid when his superiors had given the order. He did not want to go into the room to rest.
In Andre's room opened his little family photo "This is all you can do for my children." Andre's hand rubbed against his wrinkled face.
The flashback
"So how's my son doing, doc?" ask Goddess.
"Sorry, mom. Your child has a decrease in hemoglobin in his body. Maybe this is caused by the conditions while being held captive. Your child needs blood type B. While in the hospital the stock is thinning." replied the doctor.
The goddess sat pensively thinking about the doctor's words. She is of type A and Group B is her ex-husband. How could he search for that blood type, while all this time he did not know the whereabouts of Andre. But if he finds Andre, his kids will accept. It was a dilemma that struck him.
Rian who was passing by. At first glance, hearing the talk of the Goddess and the doctor. There is a sense of pity when you know Dira's condition is getting worse. Rian also took the initiative to contact Andre, informing about what happened to Dira. Since taking care of Delia, he has not been able to tell Andre about Dira's kidnapping.
"Sir, can I go to the hospital?"
" Can, den. You wanna get picked up, okay?" answer Andre.
"Yes, I'm waiting in jasmine room no 19."
"Good, Den."
Rian closed the communication between himself and Andre. The man hopes that Andre can help him save Dira's situation.
Rian took the time to visit Dira. Several people had already gathered in Dira's nursery. From the story he heard there was Eka's involvement in capturing Dira. For a moment Rian stroked his chest, as if he could not believe Eka could do it.
Ting!
"Den, I've been in front of the door of the room that was said."
Rian immediately parted from Dira's room. The man darted to meet Andre at the door of Delia's room. Rian pulled Andre to tell about the incident that happened to Dira. There was a sense of sadness when he heard what his second daughter was going through. A moment Andre cried in Rian's arms.
"I'm a bad father. Even when my daughter was in danger couldn't do anything."
"What blood type?"
"B"
"So I heard that Dira needed blood type B because Auntie Dewi did not have that blood type" explained Rian.
"Anything I would do for my children. I want to donate blood for Dira."
"Om tell Aunt Goddess directly."
"No, den. Because if I show up there even make a runyam. Just give me my blood without them knowing. I no longer have face to face with them."
"Om sure? at least Dira had to be what her papa did. Didn't om make a mistake on Vira instead of Dira."
"Fix it, den. I'm ashamed."
