Episode 5's

Alie awoke when the sun pierced her eyes. She felt her stomach being hugged by someone, Alice smiling haphazardly stroking Alex's hand. It must be her husband, who else hugged her like this? Alice's smile recalled the events, still tucked into disappointment in her heart.

But Alice tried hard to hide the disappointment. Alex must have been tired yesterday. "I had to heat up yesterday's food and hide it. It's not good if Alex ate the food yesterday" said Alice. He would have eaten the food yesterday itself.

"Darling.."

Alice's body stiffened as Alex called out to her, Alex further tightening his embrace. Alice tried to smile.

"Hm?"

Alex hugged him more and more, then whispered in his ear. "I'm sorry, baby.." Alice surprised. "I know yesterday you must have been disappointed in me, I was wrong. I made you wait, then just sleep. Kumohin forgive me."

Alice smiled, then turned her body, looking at Alex who was already looking at her with regretful eyes. Alice cupped both of Alex's cheeks, then shook her head while smiling sweetly.

"No need to apologize Alex.. You must have been tired yesterday, if you hadn't eaten. It's okay, the important thing is that your stomach wasn't empty yesterday. As long as you've eaten, I've calmed down."

Alex shakes. "No dear.. I don't eat out, how can I not eat your food, and then I eat out? I said that so you wouldn't force me to eat yesterday. Sorry.."

Alice's eyes were round. "God! So since yesterday your stomach was empty?! Now you have to eat! I'll make it-"

"No dear... Why are you panicking so much?" alex said as he chuckled and held the hand of Alice who just wanted to go down to the kitchen to make food. "Calm down, yesterday I woke up restless. I realized I was wrong, I felt guilty. So I ate the food you made yesterday."

"What?"

Alex nodded. "I've warmed up, baby," said Alex who knows Alice's concerns. Alice breathed a sigh of relief.

"Goodoo. Then you put the rest in the fridge again, right?"

"of course! Dear.. Today I want to eat the food you just? The food is so good!"

"It is actually not good to eat the food that is warmed back. Yesterday I intended to eat it myself and cook you a new meal."

"What the fuck? I'm fine, baby.. You're too worried, I want to eat that. Yesterday I ate a lot, the rest stayed a little, it was for me breakfast. Later in the day, just eat another."

Little Alice tekrkeeh, before she nodded. "Alright Alex.. It's up to you."

Alex smiled, then hugged Alice tightly. "Thank you dear.."

"Hm."

"Thank you for being able to understand me and not being angry with me, when I obviously let you down."

"Alexes. It's just a small matter, no need to be enlarged huh."

"Big problem for me."

"That's it. You better get ready, you gotta go to the office." Alice tried to shift the conversation because seeing the look on Alex's face full of regret, she really did not have the heart. "We'll forget about this, anyway.. You even warmed up that food last night and ate it, right? Now you better get ready."

Alex smiles. Fortunate to have a wife as considerate as Alice, Alice can understand her, but for some women, must be very angry when she found out about her behavior last night. Alex believes he can fight with his wife if she's not Alice. Alice and only Alice are in her heart.

"All right, baby."

Alice smiled, then pecked Alex's cheek. "I'll make breakfast."

Alex nodded. Alice smiled, then got off the bed and walked towards the kitchen on the ground floor. There Alex sighed harshly, looking at the ceiling of his room. He needed to talk about the matter of Tiara to Alice. He couldn't possibly hide everything from Alice.

Alex sighed, then got off her bed and Alice, then went into the bathroom.

"Your food is still good, baby."

"Thank you."

Alex smiled at Alice who was smiling shyly. She was happy to see Alice blushing in shame over it. But before long, Alex's smile fades as he remembers having to tell his wife about Tiara.

"Dear, there's actually something I need to talk to you about." Alex became serious immediately made Alice surprised.

"I-yes. What do you want to talk about?"

Alex took a breath. "Honey.. You know I'm late because I'm stuck, right?" alex asked with a nod of Alice's head.

"Actually not because of that, but because yesterday I-"

Drrt, Drrt..

Alex stops his words and chuckles when the phone comes in at the wrong time, he sees who called him, turns out to be Gavin. With a huff, Alex picked it up.

"Hello?! What was? You're disturbing tofu!" alex's annoyance made Alice shudder.

It seemed that Alex really wanted to talk about something so serious that he was so angry. Though Alex is not the grumpy type, the topic of conversation Alex wants to talk about, seems really serious.

On the other hand, Gavin was also no less surprised to hear Alex's high tone which he rarely issued. But Gavin cleared his throat, trying to neutralize his shock, because he was sure, it was related to yesterday, where Alex met someone he didn't want.

"I'm sorry I interrupted. But Miss Tiara is on her way here to discuss our cooperation. You should come soon."

Alex let out a rough sigh, why the hell at this moment?! "All right, I'll be there" he said in a flat tone, before he switched off his phone. He turned to Alice who was looking at him in wonder.

"What's up Alex? You have to go to the office?"

Alex nodded. "I have to talk about our cooperation."

"Oh.. Yeah, it's okay, we can discuss this later tonight. But Alex, what exactly? Is there anything you want to talk about very seriously? You were even angry, you're not Alex's grumpy type. You get emotional easily if the problem really bothers you."

Alex fell silent. Right, he just raised his tone to Gavin. Alex sighed, trying to nag his rising anger just like that, then trying to pull a smile.

"It's okay, baby.. We'll talk tonight, I'll try to get home early."

Alice smiled and nodded. He stood up, then gave Alex the briefcase he had prepared, put a tie on Alex, and tidied up a little of Alex's shirt collar. Alice smiled at Alex who was really handsome.

"Gee.. How handsome my husband is" he said with a smile.

Alex also smiled at Alice's praise that seemed to improve her messy mood, although maybe only a little. "Thank you dear. Then I leave first."

"Okay, I'll take you."

"All right, come on."

Alice smiled, and Alex clung her hand to the gate.
