167 - Hunting Together

Shi opened his eyes slowly. The sunlight is blinding to make it have to dispel using the arm of the hand. He felt his body that had already improved, not feeling the excruciating pain like before. He was silent for a moment, remembering what happened last time. Suddenly he sat down and spread his gaze looking for a white-haired boy who was none other than Amdara.

His gaze was fixed on Amdara who had saved him from death now sitting while burning meat. I don't know what meat it is, but the smell is very tempting. He immediately approached Amdara, asking about the situation of his young friend. However, Amdara instead thrust the meat is ripe and instead asked Shi's condition.

Shi received the meat, snorting but still replied well. He took the water in a small jug beside Amdara, and downed it quickly before eating the meat with this appetizing scent. Whether it had been a long time not to spoil the tongue by eating, Shi devoured the meat with a sparkling expression.

Amdara who saw him shook his head while muttering. His mutter heard Shi who immediately pursed his lips annoyed, he said that he had missed eating. Shi swallowed the chew, recalling the great power that had obliterated the Demon Leech. He looked at Amdara, there was an unusual aura from this friend of his. And Amdara's moves are stronger and certainly a little different than he's ever seen. He asked about the power, which Amdara said was doing along with the concentration of power without saying more. Shi clucked in awe, thanking him for being rescued. However, Amdara instead said that if the Demon Leech had not suffered a fatal wound, then he would not be able to defeat it.

Shi was also very grateful for his well-treated external and internal injuries. She did not expect Amdara to have such an amazing medical talent.

The two ate during the day, while continuing to talk and of course Shi was the one who spoke the most. The girl said she had just obtained four stealth gems, telling how her actions were in this forest. He even got into a conflict between the stealth groups here. Shi was very pleased with Amdara's arrival. With like this both of them can work there to hunt demons. He asked how many stealth gems Amdara had obtained. Amdara drank the water before saying that he had just got two stealth gems.

After eating and resting, the two agreed to cooperate hunting for stealth gems. Shi explained the circumstances in the eastern area where the demons live underground and several other circumstances that have been observed.

They flew, sweeping around a glance that was indeed silent. There was no sound of battle. This situation clearly reminded Amdara in the western area.

Amdara smiled, his bright idea came up. He enlisted Shi's help to create a large hole with a distance of one to another of about fifteen meters. Shi asked what idea this brat was thinking, as he bolted his power to make a big hole.

Amdara also made a big hole, while answering they would kill many demons at once. Reaching to hear him Shi choked on his own breath staring at Amdara in disbelief. How could it possibly obliterate a demon simultaneously?! Their strength was not even as great as a single demon here! If until Amdara's strange idea is executed, there they are killed in a few seconds.

Shi immediately protested, advising Amdara not to be determined. However, Amdara simply said everything would be fine. Amdara asked for information regarding the stealth groups that used to fight. Shi immediately replied in detail though still anxious about this idea.

Amdara then made a very hot stream of water, draining it into each hole. Then enter the water very quickly like a sword splitting the earth. Hot steam poured into the air, the ground was immediately made soft with very hot air.

Shi who saw him from a distance held his breath. His heart stopped beating as he also saw the sound of the demons roaring. Moreover, the land that was previously exposed to hot water belonging to Amdara moved until something very large appeared underground. Shi's body suddenly limp. Just breathing in was already very difficult. Of the twenty holes, all of them now gave rise to fifteen demons of four different types. Their skin emits smoke that turns out to be the action of Amdara.

They are a type of Horned Worm, Steel Leech, Hairy Ant, and Fanged Rat Spider. They look very angry because they have been disturbed let alone attacked using water so hot. These four groups of demons were hostile to each other, they snarled and stomped their feet to the ground trying to dissipate the sense of heat radiating into the body using their respective powers.

Amdara was still standing quietly floating. He smiled, the next second made a huge attack to the group of Demon Spider Rat Fanged right in their eyes. The group of demons had no time to dodge the speed of the attack just now. They rolled around on the ground until they unknowingly crashed into another group of demons. At that very moment, Amdara launched an attack in the form of a chain of fire wrapped around the body of the Horned Demon Worm, so as not to move and ended up being trampled by the Cluster of Fanged Rat Spiders.

The Fanged Rat Spider Demon was still preoccupied with its eyes still spitting blood. Not only did they feel pain in the eyes, for some reason their bodies felt like they were being burned by something after being hit by an attack. So powerful, they vented out the pain while trampling on the body of the Horned Demon Worm that could not move as the fire chains bound his body.

The group of Horned Worm Demon wriggled the heated body. Moreover, overwritten by the Fanged Demon Rat Spider, with all the strength of the Fanged Demon Worm managed to bite the Fanged Demon Rat Spider increasingly screamed in pain. The two demon groups ended up attacking each other.

While Amdara had already made a massive wind move, passing it to the Hairy Demon Ant. Amdara knew if the stealth feathers hit the skin, then the skin will feel burning and itching is unbearable. Amdara raised a wind-piercing stance towards the Hairy Demon Ants, whose fur was already flying indistinctly. They were indeed fighting the windpipe, but suddenly the Demon Leech of Steel attacked their group. The Steamed Leech Demon was hit by the fur of the Feathered Demon Ant which made them furious and instantly attacked. The feathers also hit the Fanged Rat Spider Demon and the Horned Worm Demon, but these two groups of demons were fighting each other.

The atmosphere was amazingly uproarious, boisterous and fierce. No one stayed silent, they attacked each other using great force without caring for the mastermind of this incident. The ground cracked everywhere, the trees were scorched and the air felt congested.

The fierce battle was witnessed by the white-haired boy who was still hovering while smiling faintly. He then walked up to Shi who was sitting limp looking at this incident. His face was so pale that he forgot to breathe air. Shock, of course. For the first time to see this much stealth fight. Their power is terrible and really creeps. He could not feel Amdara's presence beside him.

"We wait for them to weaken."

Amdara was relaxed but not heard either by Shi because the sound of a thump accompanied by the roar of lightning was too loud in the sky there.
