Chapter 12

As soon as Nana came out of the house, she did not know how to go home to God because the clock had shown at 1am. Then Nana sat herself in one of the chairs on the side of the road, she looked so dizzy because of the alcohol she gulped had spent several glasses.

"Akh, I felt very dizzy" he looked around hoping he would get a vehicle, but the road was deserted and not a single vehicle passed from there.

"Shall I call Thomas? What's he doing now?".

Nana pulls out her cell phone dialing Thomas's number who knows he can come pick her up.

DDDRR... DDDRR...

"Not answered".

DDDRR... DDDRR...

"Hmmm... Looks like Thomas's resting and I'm still here?" Nana saw the club back. "But I'm sure that God is there, it's just that I can't find him and what is he doing now?".

Until someone stood in front of Nana, he asked. "Do you need my help?" and that person is the man who scared Nana yesterday. "Don't worry, I'm not the bad guy you think I am".

Nana nodded her head, "No! I don't need your help, thank you" anyway Nana won't be that easy to trust someone else, plus that person was the man who had frightened her to the point that she didn't know what else to say. "Sorry, I have to go".

"Wait a minute!" the man immediately held Nana's arm and it made Nana even more frightened. "You sure you don't need my help? I can take you to the contract".

"What?" Nana recalls the incident last afternoon where her house that looked messy like someone had entered there looking for treasure. "Who are you really? Why are you here? And how...

The man smiled, "Well, you think I'm a bad guy? I was just passing by from this street watching you sitting alone as if waiting for someone. But when I saw that the clock was already showing at 1am, I was sure you would need my help".

"No! I don't believe it. You just go and I don't need your help. Again, I thank you very much. Excuse me!".

"Wait!" again the man held back Nana's footsteps. Then he saw the surroundings making Nana feel increasingly suspicious that the man was about to steal it to the point that the man did not realize that Nana had just escaped from him.

Until Nana is now in a place that she does not know where the place is now.

"Aakaackhh... The man made me even more tired" Nana took a slow breath. "I'm pretty sure he didn't come here right away, but I'm pretty sure something was suspicious. But I don't know what his true purpose is? I didn't know him and I've only been living in Indonesia for a few weeks. Then what is his real purpose?".

Nana looked around again, she really felt so scared that Nana saw a convenience store or mini market was open for 24 hours.

"Oh my God, finally..." Nana smiled happily, she immediately ran into the mini market to see the cashier said.

"Welcome, happy shopping".

"Thank you" then he looked for food that he could eat like instant noodles and other snacks. After Nana gets it, she immediately pays and asks where she can get hot water to brew the instant noodles.

Not long after Nana got it, she came out from the inside and chose to eat it at the table outside because she was not alone there, but there were a few more people.

"Mmmm, it feels so good. L like".

Until the day came, Nana opened both eyes that fell asleep in front of the convenience store. Then looking around, he did not realize that the sun had risen and people had alternately entered into the mini market to shop for their needs.

"Hooaamm-chan... Akh, my body feels sore" Nana stretched out her hands. "I'd better just go home, I'm sure that the gods have gone home" Nana rushed away from there. Then he stopped one of the taxis and sent the driver to the residence of the God who was in the xx area.

When they got there, Nana got out of the taxi and told the driver to leave. Nana then smiled, hopefully her guess is that God is already there. He immediately went inside, but his guess was not in accordance with his expectations, there he even met Dela who was also waiting for the return of the God.

"You?" Dela was a little surprised. "What are you doing here? Wh-why are you...

"I was waiting for Lord God" Nana replied with a faint smile. "Keep what about mbak? What the hell is Dela doing here?".

Dela laughed sarcastically when Nana asked back, "You don't need to know, you should just go because God is not in his house".

"really? Did you make sure that the Lord God is not in this house?".

Increasingly annoyed, Dela looked at Nana sharply. "Well, didn't you listen to what I just said? I told you that God has no home, don't mostly argue with people higher than you. Now you better go, I don't want to see you".

Nana fell silent thinking that she could not tell Dela that she was living in the house. And if Dela found out, the woman could get angry and ask God to drive her out of there.

"Why are you still standing there? There go!".

"Alright lady, then excuse me first. Yes, please tell Lord God that if I look for him, there are important things I want to talk to him about".

"Mmmmmm-mom.. There quickly go. Very long time".

As soon as Nana left, Dela shifted her entire eye gaze trying to search for the existence of the current God. But he never found the man and the servant of the house, none of them knew where God was today.

Dela then went upstairs again, she just walked in and enjoyed all the facilities in the room.

"While waiting for the gods, it's good that I call him again. Who knows if God answered him immediately".

"Still not answered".
