"No need to lie, Cecilia is my woman."

 

My eyes were perfectly round when I heard Hadden's words, I really had a hard time believing the words that came out of Hadden's mouth.

I saw Peter furrowing his brows and fell silent. While Jackson drank tea with a residence that looked so firm. Long time knowing Jackson makes me understand that now he is hiding his frustration.

With doubt, I walked there anyway and was forced to work together to act with Hadden like a couple, so that Peter would not believe the news about me being Jackson's lover. I do this to protect myself too. I also understand that Hadden wanted to help me, but the way he really got me into trouble with Jackson.

"Sorry, Mr. Peter. Sorry to bother you with my news and Mr. Jackson, to be honest, me and Mr. Jackson have nothing special to do. I am only running a personal Assistant who must work not only for work, but also for Mr. Jackson's personal affairs. Actually, I went to the temple not only with Mr. Jackson, but also with my lover, Hadden. But, since Hadden had important business, he was forced to leave first. And I along with Mr. Jackson remained at the temple to meet one of the clients there, "I explained at length.

"What my girlfriend really explained. I was forced to leave first because of some important business," Hadden replied as he grabbed my left arm.

"You're wearing my gift ring, baby. It fits perfectly on your ring finger" Hadden continued and gently kissed the back of my hand.

I smiled sweetly even though it was just a forced smile that I made as sweet as possible.

Hadden was also part of the Liandra family and the Liandra family had the right to make Hadden's choice as a woman of what background.

"In the Liandra family, there was never just anyone" Peter said.

"He's special, no one deserves to be compared to him" Hadden replied. Not enough to see the annoyance on Peter's face, Hadden calmly grabbed my body until I he sat on his lap. Her burly fingers slowly put away my slightly messy hair child.

The situation became more tense, leaving me only speechless and not reacting.

Peter felt this was very disfiguring for the Liandra family's reputation. The anger that was so swollen was clearly reflected on his wrinkled face. I clenched my hands in silence.

"Please yourself, there's nothing to worry about." Hadden's whisper signaled.

After the argument, the atmosphere of the room became quiet, Hadden's face flat and said, “I dare to admit my choice and Liandra's family do not need to bear any risk.” Peter looked grim, in this awkward situation, Jackson suddenly laughed, “Hadden's family had this relationship with my Assistant.” 

"Cecilia, when did you start connecting with Hadden?" Jackson's asking made me stare. There was an inexplicable feeling that suddenly flashed through my mind.

I see Hadden's expression looks cynical and angry, “Jackson, you're too meddling.”

Jackson seemed to hold back his anger and came out, Jackson ignored me and did not see me at all.

A few moments later Jackson re-entered the room and said that Zea would be here.

A moment later, the door of the room opened, Zea came in and hugged Jackson. I immediately detached myself from Hadden's lap.

"Dad, how are you?" Zea asked after breaking away from Jackson's embrace.

"Okay" Peter answered briefly.

"Uncle, Uncle is also here and Miss Cecilia as well," said Zea alternately staring at Hadden and Cecilia.

"Yes. Me and Cecil are a couple. Cecilia is my woman" Hadden replied, leaving Zea stunned.

"What!" Zea shouted out emotion involuntarily. He walked towards me then clasped my hand tightly. “Cecilia?”

“Cecilia, what are you doing?” Zea can't believe I'm Hadden's girlfriend.

Zea was surprised and also felt very silly, “Uncle, what did uncle think? Obviously uncle knew that he—” Zea's speech had stopped, his throat was choked.

Zea only realized when she got a code from Hadden who warned her not to continue her speech. Zea took a deep breath to calm down for a moment and then teamed up with Hadden.

"What are you doing, Zea?" Peter asked in wonder.

Jackson smiled softly and enjoyed this chaotic state.
